2	Custody help We're not married. Im fully expecting some sort of vindictive recourse from her end. Went to file an injunction as things will get messy again but was only given a list of numbers for irrelevant resources. My dcf worker was a male and am currently waiting for his return. 1	Child support reduction questions I am there 100% and have been for about 3 years now. Although the ultimate goal here is to get things reduced to where I can afford to at least be able to move out and rent a room on my own. Im currently not working. When I am, I make about 10 - 12 an hr less a 65% garnishment which translates to about $3 an hr. Sounds good, but when you're in a cell with violent offenders for 30 days and watching people come back from court with life sentences (I played chess with actual murderers) it puts things into perspective. No. DCF came out as a requirement of domestic police calls. The place was trashed when I got out, so they obviously either didn't see or care. She had an attorney. Id gotten the court date for this about 5 days before the charges were dropped. I just went and spoke honestly. She did this to try to circumvent eviction because she doesn't clean at all and Id threatened to call social services because I wanted to move but was afraid things wouldn't be safe for the kids. She had me arrested for "pushing her". I did nothing. Resulted in aggravated battery on a pregnant person because "someone had to go to jail". A felony with 10 years attached.
