If I may add, even if our universe is random that doesn't mean free will exist. Think of it like this. If our actions are caused by prior causes then free will goes out the window, if our actions are determined by random events then that also throws free will out the window. Either way, there is no control to be had here. You either have random events beyond our control dictating our actions or our actions being dictated by prior causes. Where is the freedom here?

How are these suicide attempts being counted? If a woman attempts it 3 times are all 3 times counted in that stat? Or is only one attempt counted per person? I have no idea. If forcing a women to accept your penis against her consent is rape then it must follow that a woman forcing a man to put his dick into her would be rape as well, but for some reason it's classified as other sexual assault for whatever reason.

The cdc study shows that they are very similar, specificially women that are raped and men that are "made to penetrate" which does not count as rape, but sexual assault in this particular study done by the cdc. http://www.cdc.gov/violenceprevention/pdf/nisvs_report2010-a.pdf Compare the two tables on pages 28 and 29. If "made to penetrate" was counted as rape, then the rate that women report being raped would be the same as the rate of men being made to penetrate

I believe that a better word for gender would be "behavior" since that is what most feminist mean when they speak of gender anyway. We don't know if she raped him or not. The article just says she asked the man for sex and he attacked. Going by this information, the only thing we can conclude is that the man is in the wrong. I don't really see the problem this article is claiming. The main idea is that there are more women in prison, that little fact doesn't really mean anything.
