Look up Athlean-X on youtube. He has a bunch of videos on proper form and posture. I first learned about the whole anterior pelvic tilt thing from watching his videos, and he also has tips on how to fix it.

The amount of cheating that happens in the military is legendary. Its so rampant that there's actually a term specifically for guys who bang other guys wives while they're deployed. I think height matters a lot more than guys think it does. If your tall and have good facial aesthetics/hair, I don't think that anyone woman would care much that you were 145 pounds. Now obviously getting bigger would make you more attractive, but you were probably top 20-30% of men in terms of attractiveness anyways, assuming what your saying is true.

If girls are flaking on you, it means your not as attractive and/or your game isn't as good as you think it is. If the girls really wanted to follow up or hang out with you, they would find a way to get rid of their friends or respond to your texts.

This is the female version of mate guarding. One of the things that TRP espouses is that mate guarding will make you look needy, and drive any women away. Well I guess it turns out the same is true in reverse. If his girlfriend had confidence in her own value, and accepted that her husband might very well cheat on her, he probably wouldn't. The fact that she makes a big deal out of it is what's killing their relationship.

Actually there is some truth to what your saying. This video was posted a couple days ago on this sub, and although it shows that hypergamy exists in all societies, it's less pronounced in hunter gatherer societies, and was much more pronounced around the neolithic revolution (and to some extent, today). There's a bunch of other really interesting stuff in there as well, I highly recommend you watch it.

I honestly think this is beta behavior. Ignoring things you don't want to deal with is like avoiding confrontation. At the very least, you can acknowledge the things presence. An example would be telling a salesmen your not interested, and then ignoring him. Just ignoring is week IMO.

EMDR might help you, if you can find someone near you that does it and you can afford it. I personally wouldn't recommend talk therapy, IMO it doesn't really work (especially not for stuff that's been hardwired since childhood).
