1	Women claiming rape after being intoxicated at a party This has always bothered me: if you are drunk, you can't give consent. I think that is a legal assertion in Canada, certainly it is repeated over and over again. Why does this bother me? Because I have been raped. I was drunk. It bothered me too that every Friday night at the campus pub, undergrads were systematically raping each other. This should be a two way street, but I don't think it is. My God, get a grip.
