It's like a pure copy and paste from the red pill sub. Hits all the main sexist talking points

Who the fuck earns 720k. You're taking about the 1% of the 1%

I don't think muscle gain is linear. Meaning, that if you just went straight to 200lb in one bulk you're going to have to cut a lot more than to 175 to get lean. Also, timewise, it'll be the same. You bulk 10 lbs, lose 5 and then repeat for 5 times is the same as bulking for 50 pounds then losing 25. I've attempting to bulk just 10 pounds, and I feel fat after that, I need to loosen my belt, shirts dont look as nice, have a bigger gut, etc.

Yes but getting lean at 160 before trying to get lean at 175 and is much better than trying to get something like 30# of muscle art once

Do you realize how fat you look like at 200# when you're 5"8'? It's disgusting. I was 185# and that was terrible.

Same with any financial posts...

Beating 4% is kind of iffy with passive investments. I'd probably pay it down after maxing retirement account matching.

This is obviously fine. But he's taking about people who keep buying new cars or financing card they can't afford. House poor basically.

8000/2 years and then another 8000/2 more years... and so on. Soon you're taking about an entire car.

100k is way too much unless that is what you spend on a year. That 100k can be making 7k in the stock market so too much of a emergency fund will hurt you as well.

With the 1000 tucked away, do you mean they should have more tucked away?
/r/TheRedPill26/05/16 07:09 PM

OK. I remember a pretty big thread here on trp that pretty much shut down that argument. New/expensive car does not equal woman. Also, have fun being fiscally irresponsible.

I can buy a new car for 10+ years and you'll still be paying at year 6 while I'll be driving free.
/r/TheRedPill26/05/16 11:24 AM

New cars are fine if you use them for 10+ years. Otherwise, I've heard 2 years old is a good time to buy a car

If you really couldn't lift more than 65kg for 5x1 after two years of lifting, you should probably see a doctor. I honestly don't believe that. You probably didn't eat enough or didn't try hard enough.
/r/TheRedPill25/05/16 04:39 PM
1

Yea you're lifting low weight at low reps. What did you expect what was going to happen. I was benching more than you in 5 months and i started with the bar and I was on a cut. It sounds like you didn't follow the program and expected to somehow get built.
/r/TheRedPill25/05/16 03:12 PM
1

No shit. 1x5 and you're complaining you didn't get stronger??? How much weight were you lifting? And string lifts is well known as a strength program not hypertrophy.
/r/TheRedPill25/05/16 02:55 PM

Bullshit. What program did you follow and how much did you eat?

No. It's proven that little kids need to be taught the same material 3-5 times before they understand the concept. It's why sesame street played the same episode everyday in a week.

No it's correctly calculated. It's literally like 1%of obese people actually have low bf

4 is mentally abusive. It's akin to a girl saying she's going to kill herself if you leave her. Sure you want to prove that she isn't your hail Mary attempt and have other women, but don't do this shit. Be alpha not Chad

For evolutionary success we needed smart AND strong people who could lead their tribe to food/victory. Whether it applies today is another argument.

Tbh, probably also an evolutionary trait to weed out the not as mentally fit men.

You actually thought I was serious? 200 pounds may always be 200 pounds, but your body can vary wildly from day to day.

I don't think we fully understand it so it's a bit false to call it a myth just yet.

its not tax evasion if you never get married. you just sorta get married in church, but never by the state. stay separate legally, but live together. also yes, anything above 170k combined income and you start paying more in taxes in marriage than you would as individuals.

Marriage penalty tax will hurt you tax-wise if you make like 170k combined.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/15 11:53 PM

Wrong. Marriage penalty tax will hurt you tax-wise if you make 170k combined.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/15 11:53 PM

If both you and your SO/wife/GF make something like 150k-200k combined, you will actually be better off tax-wise as separate. You as a single father, and her as a single mother (which gives her some nice tax benefits by the way). Something to keep in mind if both of you are high earners.

Yea but we're talking about lifting here. Not ultra marathoners. I gave the example as common snacks that people eat during exercise. Also that sounds pretty interesting about the British soldiers. Gonna have to read up on that. I wonder if it was just about the meat or because it could stay preserved forever

ketones aren't as efficient as carbs for pure energy. that's why people take granola bars with them on hiking trips, long runs, or on bike rides and not beef jerky. Also you're talking about processed, sugary carbs such as cakes, cookies, pizza. Carbs also include rice, potatoes, and bread. I doubt those carb-studies you're looking at are talking about the deserts that reside in the carb family.
/r/TheRedPill07/09/15 08:32 PM

The broscience on this sub is pathetic. Carbs aren't evil. They are energy, which you need to do exercise, read: lift weights. IF is just eating all of your food in a short time period instead of spreading it out over 6 meals. There's no fucking magic diet fad. Do what works for you. Cheat days are bad, planned cheat meals are fine. Like I can fit a trip to Fuddruckers into my 1500cal cut if I go for a long run. Cardio isn't evil. You need to be cardiovascular-healthy as well. Anaerobic workouts…

1g/lb is a good goal, but its not necessary. .8g/lb is fine. Anyway i hit 1g/lb on pure meat but im also short.

Like I said. It matters what field you're in. I know for a fact in engineering that it looks bad if you don't stay for two years minimum. I'm not talking about minimum wage jobs
/r/TheRedPill02/08/15 01:14 PM
6

Also, don't shit where you work.
/r/TheRedPill01/08/15 08:06 PM

I guess it also depends on the field. I know my first job won't be that penalized for being cut short. Maybe I can pull it off on my 2nd, but if it becomes a habit on my third, it'll start to look bad.

A lot of places will think you're job hopping if you spend less than two years in a position. 2 years is generally the time it takes to learn a new job so they think you're a quitter and they won't expect to you to stay long either.

What? Chicken breast is probably the best source of protein per calorie there is. Like 240 cal for 50g of protein. It's a cutter's dream food. Was she buying like frozen breaded chicken breasts or something?

I'd leave tbh. That's going to be a pretty big cloud hanging over both of your heads for the rest of the relationship. However "alpha" cheating is, a LTR has different rules.
