| 39 | Woman (46) Who Raped 14-Year-Old Boy Allowed Anonymity, Given 18 Month Sentence, Somehow Has "No Sexual Interest In Children"This is so beyond the pale, I struggle to wrap my head around it. She snuck into this kid's bed and forced him to have oral and penetrative sex, according to the article. That's the most cut and dry cases of rape I could ever think of, and she gets a maximum of 3 years? Really? If you reverse the genders the man would (rightfully) be put so far under a prison, he'd be shaking hands with Satan. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 28/03/24 10:02 AM |
| 14 | R/menslib feels like so weirdThe mods are extraordinarily strict and outright rude, reckless, and aggressive at times. There are certain concepts and ideas like the Patriarchy that are taken as fact on that subreddit and are not up for debate, and any real dissent gets you thrown right tf out by security. When you limit conversations so heavily and put strict ideological parameters around exactly how you can have the limited number that are acceptable, it's pretty hard to have good, consistent conversations. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 07/09/23 11:00 PM |
| 3 | Men account for 85% of suicides but when suicidal ideation is shown in media, it’s overwhelmingly women. It's a large thing to undertake and, and I understand you may not feel the desire or need to do this, but if you're up to it, please message the admins with screenshots of your DMs. Shit like this contributes to what your post was talking about. Many men in that thread were having good, productive conversations that were completely erased for what seems to be no good reason. | /r/MensRights | 08/09/20 10:11 AM |
