I am well aware of the pussy pass. My only point is that the sexism occurred at the police level i.e. what she was charged with. And not the judicial level. For a misdemeanor like 3rd degree assault first offender status is appropriate. Stop being such a self defensive cunt. http://www.reddit.com/r/PussyPass/comments/26do29/woman_avoids_jail_over_sex_with_13yearold/

Yeah that's a whole other issue. Pussy pass might apply to the decision to file only third degree assault charges instead of filing a false police report, unlawful detainment, attempted theft/robbery for when she tried to confiscate the drone etc... But again those are all serious charges and police discretion is a thing.

First offender status is a common and necessary legal protection in many states. I don't think this is a case of sexism. A man with a clean criminal record would be eligible for this as well.

These women accused a cab driver of sexual assault because he wouldn't let them smoke in his cab. Luckily for him he had a video camera. But even after viewing the tape the cops refused to press charges against the lying women. So he is suing them for defamation. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qa5kQbUl5_o

Well women initiate 73% of all divorces because they have all the legal incentives so it makes sense that men are pessimistic.

Damn...This reminds me of the man who set himself on fire to protest a corrupt family court that stole his children away from him. These are dire times. http://www.unionleader.com/article/20110617/NEWS07/706179973 http://www.avoiceformen.com/feminism/government-tyranny/a-father-burns-himself-to-death/

Reminds me of this incident where an innocent cab driver was accused of sexual assault because he wouldn't let three girls smoke in his cab. Were the girls charged for filing a false report? lol Of course not. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qa5kQbUl5_o

Considering that the vast majority of these criminals are being raised in single mother homes I guess the chickens have come home to roost.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
