To answer your edit, I think the numbers are out of balance. This is Syria and Turkey though so I’m not sure about their policies involving women and the military, rescue teams, police, fire, etc.

Bottom line, if you are not comfortable with your therapist and feel she’s gaslighting you then time to find a new therapist.

I notice you don’t mention anything about what you’d do for her outside of working m-f. Would you take care of the kids on the weekends so she could have some time to herself? Cook dinner on the weekends? Yard work? Date night? Help with the child rearing, bedtimes, bathing, that sort of thing?

So what are your expectations then? Let’s discuss it, in detail.

Yeah, ya did. You said you don’t care about anything but a woman’s ability to care for you and your house and kids. You don’t care about her, just what she can do for you.

I can only speak for myself, I’ve gone to the hospital for the exact same issue as my husband and they told me it was a panic attack and sent me on my way. My husband, on the other hand, got a complete work up and a referral and medicine. I know lots of women who’ve been through the same. They immediately get brushed off as having anxiety or it’s all in their heads. Again, just me, I had to cycle through 10 different doctors before I found one who took me seriously and ordered tests.

Okay, hear me out. I admit I didn’t read the article but this subject applies to women and people of color. Almost all treatments and pharmaceuticals have primary been tested on white men and how they effect them. A lot of medications and treatments work differently and they aren’t studied for use in women or people of color. So yeah, it’s an issue cause what might not effect you could cause me to have fertility issues or female cancers, etc.

Same advice to men that women have been getting since the beginning of time, don’t drink till your pass out drunk. Don’t let anyone near or drink so they can’t drug it. Don’t party with strangers and always make sure you have a sober person to watch over you and get you home.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 They can’t be trusted to act in their own best internet to wear a condom for THEIR OWN PROTECTION FROM STDs and pregnancy cause women don’t have to. You do have access to a safety net ~ WEAR A FUCKING CONDOM!!! Omg!!! Pair Bond, your really too fucking funny. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
/r/MensRights26/12/22 05:36 PM

So, men aren’t responsible to take steps to protect themselves from unwanted pregnancy and STDs? …and yet, you want mens reproductive rights and more choices? If you don’t think a man should protect himself by taking the simple step of always wearing a condom then why would he take a daily pill, seeing as how it’s not a man’s responsibly and all. EDIT: no where did I say a women shouldn’t protect herself from unwanted pregnancy by using some form of birth control AND demanding the man wear a con…
/r/MensRights26/12/22 12:55 PM
1

So a man should never be responsible to always have with him and wear a condom? Again. We aren’t discussing rape since you clearly have no understanding of what rape actually is so please stick to the topic of men and why they don’t (won’t) take steps to always protect themselves by always using a condom.
/r/MensRights26/12/22 12:16 PM
1

Uh huh. So, again, what’s the excuse for not wearing a condom when you know that you don’t want children or an std? Wouldn’t logic alone dictate that you should do everything you can to protect your interests? Isn’t it your responsibility to protect yourself from being entrapped?
/r/MensRights26/12/22 12:01 PM
1

How is the man the victim if he knows he doesn’t want children and knowing that screws without a condom? Does he not know that without a condom that the sperm will then head toward the egg? Does he not know that the birth control pill is not 100% effective?
/r/MensRights26/12/22 11:20 AM

So the man, who wants no children, and can wear a condom, bears zero responsibility for protecting himself then blames the woman cause she lied, am I understand that correctly?

Look, I’m not even gonna continue to debate the rape issue with you. I’ll say it one more time though since you missed it the first time ~ choosing to be more interested in raw dogging a causal encounter is in no way, shape, or form equivalent to being grabbed, assaulted, held down, raped, and left laying bloody in the street. I don’t care if a woman is butt ass naked, that is not an excuse to lay one single finger on her person. Back to the issue you keep failing to acknowledge ~ He CHOOSES to …

There’s a huge difference between a man not protecting himself and not wearing protection when he’s CHOOSING OF HIS OWN FREE WILL to have sex and a woman wearing a mini skirt being thrown to the ground, beaten, and raped. I’m sorry if you can’t understand the difference between CHOOSING to not wear a condom and being VIOLENTLY attacked and raped, which isn’t a choice regardless of if the woman is walking around naked. Again, if you don’t want kids and don’t want to get sterilized then don’t have…
/r/MensRights25/12/22 09:39 PM

Exactly, so why are men having sex without protection, (I won’t even go into STDs), then posting about how some bi-atch lied about being on the pill and now he’s trapped?? Sounds to me like he trapped himself
/r/MensRights25/12/22 07:15 PM

Even with those things, who’s to say the guy isn’t gonna lie about being on the proverbial pill? Every other post and comment in this sub is how yet another woman lied about birth control and trapped some poor innocent guy. Financial abortion, I’m all for it. What woman in her right mind wants to expose her kid to someone who’s gonna treat them as nothing more than a burden anyways?
/r/MensRights25/12/22 12:22 AM

My type huh? I firmly believe that if you don’t want kids then don’t fuck or get sterilized, man or woman. Exercise some freaking self control. It’s really not a hard concept.

I have to ask a question, and I’m not being a wise guy. I’m very serious. If you don’t want kids then why not wear a condom? Why have sex in the first place? I mean, there’s only, what, 2 ways for a man to ensure he won’t be a dad. Either don’t have sex or get a vasectomy. Unless your raped, there’s no way your gonna get a women pregnant and end up a “slave” to child support if you just don’t dip your wick. Do y’all have that little self control that you can’t not screw??

So trying to and succeeding in hurting other people okay, as long as it’s not you. How about if your spouse kills your family member? Your kid? Edit: okay, I’m really trying to make sure I’m understanding here. Someone else sticks their cock in your wife and end of marriage. Your wife goes on a killing spree and takes out half an elementary school and queue the stand by your man music??? 🤔

No seriously, did you just say that a woman should stand by a man that murders people or that a man should do the same? Seriously??? Yeah, if my husband decides to go on a killing spree I think I gotta file some papers cause that might not be the healthiest environment for me or my children. Just sayin’ …and no, kids know if their parents can’t stand each other. You can pretend all you want, they know. Truthfully, I agree. If the sperm donor, (cause he’s not a father if he doesn’t actually want anything to do with the kid), doesn’t want anything to do with the kid and doesn’t wanna contribute to the health, safety, and well being of the child then let him sign away his rights. If the custodial parent can’t support the child then give the child to the financially stable one and let them assume all the responsibility, like figuring out how they’re gonna work and provide and pay for child care. A…

So the custodial parent should be responsible for 100% of housing and all associated costs and the paying parent should only be responsible for food, clothing, and maybe a portion of the medical? Truthfully, if I’m gonna be responsible for all that, plus, since I’m custodial, daycare, after school care, whatever, and be responsible for the child the majority of the time, I’d rather the guy keep his money and sign away his parental rights. IMO paying for some Kraft Mac & cheese and a few Spider-M…

Just wanna add, everything I’m reading says that, yes, child support can go toward housing. It’s considered a basic need. I can see how it’s perceived as unfair since the paying parent is paying toward the custodial parents housing but at the same time the kid needs a roof.

Is there some kind of formula that’s supposed to be used? For example, my little brother got social security survivor benefits. My mom had to keep a record of every penny and they warned her she could be audited at any time. They explained to her she could take an amount for rent, utilities, & food. They told her to find the average cost of a room for rent in the area and use that to determine his “rent”. Food bill and utilities could be split by dividing cost vs people in the household.
/r/AntiFeminists23/12/22 04:46 PM

Omg!!! That’s insane!!! Thank you for sharing that. Everyone I’ve ever known who got child support was lucky if they got $125 a week per kid, so absolutely not enough to afford housing. I went for support once as a means to an end and they told me I’d get $60/wk per kid. So $120/wk or $480/mo. In my area that wouldn’t even get you a room for rent.
/r/AntiFeminists23/12/22 04:34 PM

I must ask, exactly how much child support is one paying that a woman can “get that dream life”. I mean, (and I’m not being a smartass, I’m very serious), I know what it costs to live in my area and what it costs just for the mortgage and the utilities. So not including food, vehicle expenses, clothing, health insurance, etc. Do most men really pay upwards of $2700/mo? (Which in my case is just the mortgage & utilities)

You realize that when a women is a stay at home mom she is usually the one doing all those things, right? Problem is, she’s not getting any actual compensation for her work and if the marriage fails she’s got nothing. So in reality your wife should work. She should work to protect herself and not be at the financial mercy of another. If she works though, your gonna need to either, do the stuff yourself, like washing your own clothes and making your meals and your own appointments, while she does…

Then pay for someone to do all the things a SAHM does and she can go to work. It’s really pretty simple. Then you can split every expense 50/50 and, bonus, since you’ll have a full staff you never have to worry about anyone not pulling their own weight. You’ll just need to hire childcare, a cook, a maid, an accountant, a secretary, a laundress, a driver and an assistant to take the children to appointments, a tutor, a personal shopper, and an event planner and staff for birthday parties, holiday…

Are the dads relinquishing all rights to the child? If they are then they shouldn’t be called anything cause they aren’t dads once they give up their rights nor would they be forced to pay support.
/r/MensRights12/12/22 12:54 AM

Maybe cause the word relinquish means your signing away your rights to have any involvement in the child’s life. Like, relinquishing them to their adoptive parents. So, the woman is no longer the mom and no longer bears any rights or responsibilities as a parent.

Have the baby and give it up and spend the rest of your life waiting for a stranger to knock on your door. I wasn’t making a comparison. Since you brought it up though, IVF costs $15,000-$20,000+. After that your gonna need to pay for the cost of the womb to be in a facility where it’s monitored and cared for, for 9 months, then there’s the “delivery”. Then they’ll be doctors and a full time nanny or full day daycare, formula, diapers, doctors appointments, on and on. Not sure how much cheaper that it’ll be seeing as how daycare alone for an infant averages $800-$1200 or more per month. Edit to add: …

They are totally able to not sleep with that man. With the comments I read here I don’t even understand why any man who comments here would even want a woman for anything seeing as how they seem to be the root of all mens issues. As for women having a bunch of unprotected sex and aborting, um… outside of the morning after pill, a woman isn’t even going to know she’s pregnant until she misses a period. I’m gonna be honest though, if that’s really how a man feels about it then he shouldn’t be having sex and taking a chance until a law like that is enacted. That said, I’m gonna ask, I know people complain about women using abortion as birth control so what’s to stop a man from fathering endless children that he walks out on? Should the laws do something after so many kids? Taking into consideration that a man could impregnate as many women a day as he could screw.

As far as the laws, yea I’m blaming men, cause they’re the majority of the ones making and supporting those laws. Outside of that? I blame both parties. Don’t want abortion, don’t want kids, don’t want the responsibly, then partake of the one and only 100% full proof birth control and don’t have sex. It’s as simple that.
/r/MensRights25/11/22 08:15 PM

Yes, most people holding office are men, I get that. Yet those men are still making laws that govern things that have zero effect on them or their bodies. Things that only effect women. I don’t see female lawmakers regulating your penis or testes and yet male lawmakers have no issue regulating my vagina and uterus.
/r/MensRights25/11/22 08:07 PM

I do believe it needs to be a complete signing of the rights. No contact either. Sign what needs to be signed and walk away and don’t look back.

In all fairness, the Supreme Court is mostly men, the states that have mostly banned abortion are run by men. I mean, 84% of lawmakers who sponsored trigger laws are men. 91% of senators who voted to confirm anti Roe justices are men. In Ohio one of their male leaders thinks that an ectopic pregnancy can be transplanted to the uterus. So yeah, it is actually men making these laws.
/r/MensRights25/11/22 06:09 PM

I absolutely support both. If the guy doesn’t want anything to do with the child, let him sign off. It’s really in the best interest of the child to not have to deal with all the inevitable arguing and court dates and disappointment of having a dad that can’t be bothered and only sees them as a financial burden. It’s also better for the woman, not having to deal with any of it.

Suicide isn’t anything but a choice not to be here anymore. To end the pain that one is suffering whether it be mental or physical. It’s their body, it’s their life, it’s their choice. Wanting someone to continue with that kind of pain so you don’t have to deal with the grief of them being gone is what’s selfish.

Robin Williams had Lewy body dementia and was slowly loosing his mind and abilities. Your still not getting it. I’ll say it again. The stay at home parent deserves nothing more than to stay in the marriage regardless of the circumstances. You don’t support forced employment. Don’t support alimony. Don’t support both parents working opposite hours and splitting everything 50/50. So, you think a stay at home parent deserves nothing more than to fulfill their “obligation” to the working spouse. What happens when it’s the man who wants to leave the woman? Then does she deserve alimo…

Been married over 30yrs, and no, it’s not. People change though, life changes. Sometimes all the trying in the world won’t change that. Better to admit it and move on.

So stay in an unhappy marriage regardless. Got it.

…and not for nothing, my daughters are 100% covered for as long as they want to stay home with their children. We’ve seen to that. They’ll require nothing from their exes should they choose to divorce.
/r/MensRights19/11/22 01:50 PM
1

You have no idea how I raised my children. I’m simply saying that you can’t have it all ways. You can’t say someone shouldn’t be forced to work then say that if they initiate a divorce they’re on their own and should then be forced to work cause they don’t deserve alimony or child support while at the same time discouraging working moms.
/r/MensRights19/11/22 01:49 PM
1

I like how that’s your only takeaway. What? The idea of actually doing 50% of everything and having a financially independent partner suddenly not appealing?
/r/MensRights19/11/22 01:42 PM
1

Yup, and so can he. He can cook, clean, wash laundry, change diapers, help with homework, etc. So, no more SAH parents. Split all the housework, bills, and childcare 50/50. Work opposite schedules so there’s always a parent there for the children, (so no daycare expenses). Both have careers, their own money, their own medical, no dependence and then all the men in this sub would be happy.
/r/MensRights19/11/22 12:28 PM
1

Didn’t answer my question, an ex isn’t a father?
/r/MensRights19/11/22 04:49 AM
1

“An ex-husband isn’t a father”? You stop being a father when your no longer married to the children’s mother? Your statement is exactly why women shouldn’t be SAHMs. It’s too dangerous cause without income the non income earner is basically trapped. Work different shifts so that there’s always one parent there and each person has their own career and own money so neither is dependent on the other. Simple as that.
/r/MensRights19/11/22 03:29 AM
1

Now imagine them getting divorced and being told that they get nothing. No alimony, no support, they loose their home, their medical, and now that they’ve been out of the work force for 5-8yrs they need to find a job that covers all that plus daycare.
/r/MensRights19/11/22 02:56 AM
1

Not really, the person who gets the school shift has to do all the getting ready for school stuff then come home and do the housework, laundry, meal prep and such. I mean, your not gonna believe me, I have 2 daughters who are SAHM with kids in school and they’re going all day long. Between appointments and school activities and cleaning and washing and making dinner, then lunches for the next day, homework, bath time, story time, clean up again. They never sit down.
/r/MensRights19/11/22 01:43 AM
1

Wait a minute, weren’t you just saying how unfair it is to make people work against their will? Guess that’s only until you think they should be working. I say abolish alimony and abolish SAH parents. Both parties work opposite shifts so the other is home to raise the kids and no one ends up dependent on anyone else.

/r/MensRights18/11/22 07:35 PM

Okay, so the overwhelming majority of comments on this page indicate that men don’t wanna pay alimony, don’t wanna pay child support, don’t wanna have to pay daycare so their wives can work. so what is it you do want? Cause someone has to work to pay for housing and food and clothing and medical.

…and you know this from all the GYN appointments you’ve attended?? I can’t even believe you think that talking to your GYN about STDs and sexual behavior is uncomfortable. Let me clue you in about uncomfortable conversations, your legs in the air, your bottom exposed, a speculum inside you and your doc talking with you and asking questions all at the same time. Discussing sexual history and STDs before all that is literally the least uncomfortable part of a yearly exam.

I’m not gaslighting. I’m asking a serious question. You say that men can’t suppress their biological urges and that it’s not fair that women aren’t helping them out by offering to satisfy them and how women claiming claiming sexual harassment is just a fuss. So, what’s your solution? In other words, the needs of men will be forced into the background: say hello to night-time curfews for men because women are paranoid about being asked for sex cause men have biological drives and are required to pursue them rather than women offering to satisfy them. Absolutely not!!! Not in all cases. What of children being abused by one parent? What of children being neglected by one parent? What happens when a parent is terminally ill and can’t care for the child? What happens when a parent dies and the remaining parent is forced into a single parent situation? I’m stating that men don’t get denied prescriptions or interrogated for them based on their reproductive system. I’m not sure what it is about that, that your not understanding. So, yes, men have a right that women don’t, they have the right to obtain any prescribed medication by simply picking up their filled script. Which is funny, cause a lot of medications can effect sperm to the point of causing birth defects. Seems that pharmacists don’t care about that when dispensing meds.

Umm….so, if you have a car accident and the first responders refuse to cut you out and treat you cause they find your bumper sticker goes against their values, that’s okay?? Oh, and to answer your question, when people have pharmacy directed insurance or a lack of other nearby choices, then it’s more than a minor inconvenience. I mean, you can’t even admit that something like that has rarely, if ever, happened to a man.

You know all those things except telemedicine and apps have existed since the mid 1990’s, right? For 25yrs you couldn’t find one human on the whole earth or one doctor, group, or support that would help you? Uh huh.
/r/MensRights05/09/22 01:01 PM

Your just making crap up. There’s doctors, physiatrists, counselors, online and in person support groups, message boards, social media groups, telehealth, online therapists, therapy apps, in patient and out patient programs, call lines, (like the national sexual assault hotline), about a million websites with links to resources and your gonna try and claim that not a one of those hundreds of thousands of support services would help you? Yeah, right.

Sure you were. You walked into a clinic asking for help and they said, oh, you have a cock? Gotta go then, no help for you. Uh huh. Sure.

Men are ignoring their own health. There’s not one thing stopping any person from picking up a phone and making an appointment with the medical professional of their choosing. Free clinics are for all people. Stop playing victim and take control of your health. Eat right, exercise, get physicals, etc.

…and I’m getting downvoted for saying he’s gotten better with age, without me sharing any context. Can’t win. Why don’t y’all just admit that you fucking hate all women, no matter what they do or don’t do. Just own it. Y’all hate women and nothing any woman does will ever be enough for any of you. Own it, man the fuck up and just own it.

Seriously?!?! Is that really how it is for most men nowadays?? If so, I must be doing it wrong. My husband has a shed, a garage, a workshop plus half the basement, and a study. My whole living room is decorated around his career, we discuss every other decorating thing, (except throw pillows 😂), and make a mutual choice. I’m constantly sending him out to go on fishing trips or to the races, or to the cigar shop. I even send him for monthly hot stone massages. I really must be doing something wro…

The Kansas Supreme Court ruled against him. The judgment stated that because Seyer initially consented to the sexual encounters and never told his parents what was happening, he was responsible for supporting the child.

You won’t admit that it cuts both ways? That a sexually assaulted man having to pay child support is just as bad as a sexually assaulted woman having to share custody and in both cases the victims are being forced to have dealings with their abusers for, at minimum, 18yrs? Why can’t any man here ever admit that, in some cases, neither men nor women get a fair shake?

/r/MensRights17/07/22 09:11 PM

…and oddly it cuts both ways, y’all don’t ever talk about the cases where the rapist gets out and sues for visitation and gets it. I guess that’s cause a man deserves to see his child no matter how much of a shit he is or what he did to get that child here.
/r/MensRights17/07/22 07:45 PM

Are we talking about rape? Cause if we are then you should support a woman’s right to have an abortion if she’s raped, right?

I said no one is performing abortions at 8 1/2mo because someone decided that late in that they don’t want a kid. You said this is false and there have been instances of late term abortions. I asked for proof of you telling me I made a false statement. Guess you can’t provide that.

You do understand that no one is getting or performing a I changed my mind and don’t want a kid abortion at 8 1/2mo, right? Abortion is a term used to cover medical issues up to and including a baby that dies in utero before delivery. So, yeah. Ya know, I think the part everyone misses is that, even with child support, the child needs a home to live in. The child is gonna get sick in the middle of the night. The child needs to be changed and fed and taken to appointments and gotten ready for school, daycare needs to be paid for, and on and on and on. Children are a full time job. The brunt of that job is gonna fall on the custodial parent. So it’s easy to complain about being a financial slave but that custodial parent is the physical …

I just wanna say thank you. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question and have an open discussion with me. I do think what happens to a lot of men regarding support is totally wrong. I also think that a man shouldn’t be on the hook for a conception they don’t want even though the woman does. I don’t have any answers and any legislation or fixing of the current system doesn’t seem likely, and I’m sorry for that, I’m sorry that you’ve been made to feel like a second class citizen when it…

I have no issue with paternity tests. If a man is expected to pay support then, of course, that should be done prior to the hearing. That Arizona thing is beyond disgusting. I don’t even have words for it.

First, as a woman, I totally agree with all your points. I firmly believe, and always have, that men should be able to surrender their rights and walk away from a child they don’t want or didn’t plan for. Thing is, that’s a slippery slope, so I have to ask, what about married men who, 10yrs into their child’s life decide, for whatever reason, they’re out the door. Should he be able to walk away scot free? Second, I had to look that case up, I have no words, all I can say, I became nauseated as I…

Both parties are responsible, simple as that. In 60yrs on this earth I’ve never gotten myself pregnant, maybe that’s some new thing that wasn’t around in my youth. You don’t want kids, you don’t have sex. Really not a hard concept.

Funny, I don’t see men demanding birth control they can use. I don’t see them saying they never have sex without condoms. I don’t see them saying, wow! I don’t wanna be a dad or have to write a check so I’m not touching that. I only see them blaming women for not using birth control.
/r/MensRights26/06/22 03:19 AM

Absolutely they should. Until these things get sorted out, no woman in states with bans should be having sex at all.

You mean when you can’t keep it in your pants? If YOU don’t want kids or a child support payment, don’t have sex with the big bad evil women. Use your hand, problem solved.
/r/MensRights26/06/22 03:14 AM

Exactly. Woman doesn’t wanna get pregnant, man doesn’t wanna be on the hook for child support, keep your legs closed and your manhood in your pants. Problems solved. I don’t see that suggested here though. All I see are men saying that women have all these birth control options. Birth control that can cause severe medical problems and in rare cases, even death from blood clots. Guess it’s easy to suggest medications when your not the one suffering the side effects.

Personally, I think any woman in a state that bans abortion should just get herself a good vibrator and stay away from men altogether. Solves the problem for both sides, she doesn’t end up pregnant and the man doesn’t ever have to worry about paying support.

Okay, first off, you don’t know me. I’m the one who pushed for my husband to start taking his healthcare seriously. He gets 2 physicals, a digital exam and a psa yearly, and undergoes a special heart and lung physical yearly that’s offered because of his career and our location. That was me who set up the initial appointments because I love him and value him and want him to be here and healthy for as long as possible. EI believe wholeheartedly that healthcare should be universal and that no man,…

Okay. Hang on, your telling me that I’m making it up to promote a narrative?? That I didn’t sit in my doctors office and ask for a tubal because I already had 4 children and that my doctor didn’t look me in the face and tell me my husband would need to sign off me having the procedure??? In the last 10yrs, yes we were on the same plan. It was my plan through my employer. When he set up for his procedure, I wasn’t asked to sign anything, no doctor discussed or demanded to discuss anything with me…

Again, it’s up to your insurance. My spouse gets a yearly prostate exam and pays nothing out of pocket. He had a vasectomy and paid zero out of pocket. I wanted to get a tubal and I needed my husband to sign a permission slip plus I would’ve had out of pocket expenses. Oddly, I didn’t have to sign anything for him. So yeah, that doesn’t seem exactly fair either. That, as a grown woman, I would need my husbands permission to have a medical procedure on my body.

Your also assuming that all women are insured through the ACA, who, btw, covers prostate cancer screenings as preventative
/r/MensRights13/05/22 04:13 PM

The ACA requires insurance companies to cover preventative screenings. You may need a prescription from your primary and seeing your primary costs money. There are also low cost programs. There is no “law” I can find that says mammograms are required to be free for all.

Dying seems like a bargain? …and if you don’t break the court order you won’t lose your license or go to jail. You can always sign away your rights to the child by proving your unfit. It’s a pain in the ass but it can be done. There are laws being put forth right now that would also force a woman to have to care for a child she didn’t want and didn’t consent to being put there. Looks like we aren’t so far apart in our thinking after all.

Would you answer an honest question? If you got me pregnant, would you be willing to go through everything I’m gonna go through? Would you be willing to take meds to make you vomit multiple times a day? Change your diet? No drinking, no smoking, no drugs of any kind, (illegal or over the counter). Would you be willing to pack on weight? Have swollen body parts? Take pills to have your hormones increase to the point of near insanity? If I have to go on bedrest you’ll be happy to be on bedrest too…

Um….I think it depends on your coverage. My mother in law is on Medicare and her treatment and mastectomy were absolutely not free.
