1	Don't listen to the extremists. Yes, you can play video games, but don't make it a priority I play games at nigjt mostly. At the end of the day...ill play a game or two of something competitive. Also, some weekend nights, i simply dont want to go out. Last night for example. I had to wake up early today and im going out tonight and possibly miami this week. Playing strategy games has helped me trrmendoisly at jii jitsu. Its trained my mind to process things and react very rapidly to dynamic situations. When i find myself in a less dominant position, i dont freeze up like many practitioners do. My mind goes through a series of options and chooses a counter to execute.
