Diary? Feelz? I specifically said you learn to detach. What are we supposed to learn from it? I guess I should have been more specific on this. I play games at nigjt mostly. At the end of the day...ill play a game or two of something competitive. Also, some weekend nights, i simply dont want to go out. Last night for example. I had to wake up early today and im going out tonight and possibly miami this week. So why go out and spend money on a friday? I went to the gym then stayed home playing video games until i fell asleep.

I'll vouch for this guy. I do brazilian jii jitsu. Playing strategy games has helped me trrmendoisly at jii jitsu. Its trained my mind to process things and react very rapidly to dynamic situations. When i find myself in a less dominant position, i dont freeze up like many practitioners do. My mind goes through a series of options and chooses a counter to execute. I attend a lot of social events for work. I always attend birthdays. I go to a bar alone and enjoy a few drinks once a month. Im also a working professional in his 30s. Balance is important.

He did get off the list and was offered several try outs. Never made it to the nfl. He played arena football too for a while but I don't think his career took off. Lost a lot of skill being locked up.
