Anxiety or depression from your breakup (or whatever else) can negatively impact your erection. Continue lifting heavy, eating well, cut weed/alcohol/porn, and most of all work on overcoming your mental health challenges and you will see your libido and erections return.

Reached out to my father in my 20s and reconnected with my entire paternal family. I’d say do it. There are two sides to every story and growing up I only had my mom’s. YMMV but I found not just my father but an entire loving family that I was kept from - including grandparents that died before I had the chance to know them. With introspection I was able to realize that I was kept from him for no good reason and this allowed me to stop hating him and by extension a part of myself.

Implied non-exclusivity (spinning plates) is not cheating. Some guys on here are of the opinion that committing to one woman with the promise of exclusivity in an LTR and then sneaking behind her back is weak, nice guy behavior for a man. Just do you and DGAF.

I have a very similar story. I went to a therapist and - after laying out the details of how my ex lied in court resulting in me losing parenting privileges (I’m not a fucking visitor to my sons) - this guy comes at me talking about “forgiveness.” Without even acknowledging the pain or the injustice of the situation this therapist told me I should forgive my ex...for a situation where she is still actively blocking me from them mind you (haven’t seen my boys in over 2 years now). Therapy is gyno…

You can’t make her put in more effort. Either she sees you as having a high enough SMV to warrant her interest or she doesn’t. Do not communicate with her overtly as some commenters are saying. Communicate covertly through your actions (i.e. spin other plates).

It could just be a cultural thing for her that allows her to save face. I’m living in the East and chicks here do the same stuff and will even be like “You’re my husband” and shit like that. The act allows them to save face given that you two are fucking outside of a committed LTR - which is against cultural norms. I’d just go with the flow but establish whatever boundaries that you need. For example I tell these chicks that “no, I am not your husband, I am not your boyfriend” so they need to st…

Traveling during college would have been your best bet with all of the study abroad and intern/volunteer abroad opportunities and (relative) free time. That said, it’s not too late - I’d say travel now as you simultaneously begin planning for your business endeavors. You can also use your travels to build your international network which might be helpful for your business endeavors.

You’re right, A&A would have been the way to go. I’m usually decently with the quick wit but she caught me off guard with this one. Prior she had been flirting and eye fucking the shit out of me, and then boom - shit test. When I think back her body language and everything was shit test - she was clearly inviting me to give a witty response to test my redpillness. I’ll definitely keep practicing A&A. Child support laws empower women to alienate fathers from their children’s lives. Children need more than financial tribute from their fathers; they need their father’s guidance and wisdom - not for his role in their lives to be undermined or dissolved by women whose egos are more important than the welfare of their children.

No. But the false charge alone was enough for me to lose custody of my children - that to me has been worse than a conviction. Court logic: the (false) accusation of you as a domestic abuser is enough for us to give sole custody to the actual domestic abuser.

This was my red pill wake up call after my ex attacked ME and I was arrested for domestic violence after NOT defending myself against her at all. I often wish that I had beat the shit out of her. At least then I could accept being charged for domestic violence as something that I actually did. Just being honest.

My ex attacked me and I didn’t defend myself at all. I didn’t lay a hand on her to stop the assault. When the cops arrived I was arrested for domestic violence and later lost custody of my children as a result.

You should read the actual book - the author gives “nice guy” a specific definition that is not along the lines that most think at first glance. The author anticipates this kind of dichotomous thinking from nice guys and explains it well in the book.

This was me. In the divorce she will paint this as an oppressive situation that you forced her into rather that the mutual agreement that it was. All of her friends and family will be telling her that you should be doing half of her woman work/housework in addition to all of your man work outside of the house. She will listen to these women. You will lose your children. She will betray you. You will lose everything.

I want to believe that some do, but my personal experience is that they don’t. They will not put the child’s wellbeing first over their own desires. For example blocking a good father from child’s life out of spite towards the father. Also feeding the children less healthy (and therefore less expensive) foods so that they can save money to buy useless trinkets for themselves.

Chicks today think it is somehow charming, and there are countless blue pilled simps who will validate her non-skill. I also see it as a form of beta bait. I like this response. I think of emotions as feedback mechanisms that work in tandem with our logical minds to help us determine what we need to do next. I find that women’s emotions are often amplified (compared to mens’) because they use their emotions as a beacon to attract strong(er) people to solve their problems for them (or to do their bidding for them...police, white knights, etc). Men’s emotions are not women’s emotions. Men are not dysfunctional women. I see the problem as one of socie…

Historically men have had a “freedom or death” mentality. If talking about suicidal thoughts jeopardizes our freedom (by being involuntarily committed) then, for many of us, we won’t do it; even if that decision takes us closer to suicide. If a man decides to open up about these issues then it is because he has a safe space/person to open up to. Physicians exempt themselves from the classification of safe by their propensity/ability to take away our freedom. Sometimes you need to know people can…

Church folks won’t be there to help you when the divorce rape happens. Fuck ‘em...in the name of jeezus. Edit: Comment above applies most accurately to those living in the west. Nigerian society is more patriarchal than in the west - from what I’ve seen there are still societal expectations for women and consequences for their poor behavior (i.e. children typically go to fathers after divorce, etc). This exactly. Since they lack in physical attractiveness they try to make up for it by having an interesting personality. Look at dating apps. Women 25 and under - boring selfies, lame profiles. Women 30 and up start posting pictures on jet skis, pictures with lions, pictures of them hiking the Appalachian Trail, and other interesting activities. As their SMV decreases (and their incomes assumedly increase) they compensate by developing their personality.

Perhaps focusing on flushing out your thoughts and expanding the document that you call “the truth” would be fulfilling to you. Women are incapable of loving their sons. Maybe their daughters (go girl club) but not their sons. It’s devastating to go from being your child’s superhero father providing guidance and discipline to being relegated to a “visitor” (or worse a supervised visitor) for no other reason than it is the will of a spiteful ex who has the automatic backing of an entire government. Your children will grow up to hate you, and not until they experience a similar devastation (if you have boys) do they have a chance of understanding a non-vaginal perspective of the situation.

The idea of “emotional abuse” is utter BS. Abuse is committing physical harm. Men have been taught that abuse is bad so we started being like women instead - that is using our words. Now that we are doing the same thing that women have been doing for generations it’s suddenly considered “emotional abuse.” Saying something factual that a woman doesn’t like is not abuse. Every time there is a widely publicized case of false accusations like this being exposed we immediately see SJWs jumping up and parroting that “false accusations make up less than 1% blah blah blah.” Completely dismissing the issue at hand that their ideology is directly responsible.
