Try out CBD oil. After I have tried a lot of things to get back well needed sleep, CBD combined with the other sleep aids (meditation, magnesium right before bed, melatonin 2mg and/or sufficient exercise) has been effective in bringing back restful sleep. You have to try to find the ideal dosage for you. Start with 10% CBD oil and take 5 drops right before sleep. Try to experiment with the dosages, there are also higher percentages of CBD oil.

Dumb question but how do you apply an abundance mentality in the first place if you are a virgin? Isnt it then especially difficult?

Its interesting to hear how outgoing the girls are you hang around with and asking these types of things haha. Makes it really obvious that they are kind of out for beta bux. In germany they would be more reserved i guess.

"that girl rejects you. You are enough" thats one of the hardest principles to apply for myself because I kind of brainwash myself into believing that I "need" a significant other

Definitely start to program and learn useful languages like c++ or python. Java might be an option too. In germany we have a book called "java is an island too" and it has a nice reputation foe being a good beginners book, if you manage to get it in your country. Aside from that courses on udemy are an option for learning languages and also books like "how to think like a programmer". After a while you can also start to solve problems on leetcode, coderbyte, hackerrank etc.

Dude no... This is completely false... There a thousands of studies showing the opposite, that saturated fats are NOT the reason for heart disease. Instead inflammation in the body is the main cause for heart disease and it is caused by our fucked up diet of high carb and high fat diet with lots of processed foods. Humans can produce cholesterol, thats right so far, but if you would go on a lof fat diet, you will FUCK UP your hormones for worse over time and it just produces only so much, that t…

No you are misinterpreting stuff. What you are refering to are so called "transfats" which are created during excessive usage of frying oils lile sunflower and cornoil etc. The tranfats start to emerge when the instable omega 6 acids start to break down because of the heat. Saturated fats are well needed by your body to create for example the myelin sheats of your axons, which cover them to increase signaling throughput in the brain. On top that saturated fats are incredibly important to produce…

Google anabolicmen.com. its a website which has lots of useful tips for increasing testosterone. The main things to do are: 1. Sleep well 2. Lift heavy and loose body fat 3. Eat more saturated fats 4. Supplement with 25mg zink everyday 5. Get magnesium citrate (300-400mg a day) 6. Have a good mindset (meditation, goals in life etc) 7. Increase dopamin and serotonin by doing activities which increase them 8. Have sex with loads of women

Dude there are definetely other things worth in life, especially more worth to pursue than having a relationship. There are a lot of people who are still unhappy even in a relationship and they feel that their personal life is missing something crucial. And thats whats missing is a goal in life, a profession/passion to burn for and hone as a craft. If you see a craft and improving yourself as a human being more worthy than banging women, then you can truly be content in the longrun. Happiness is…

On top of that find a hobby or goal you find truly fulfilling (and allow yourself to feel that way) and invest your time in that, let it develop to a passion. Judt be patient and good to yourself. Allow yourself to asses worth to the things in life you deem to find full of worth and meaning.
