OYS #4 37 yr old, Married 17 yrs. 5 Kids Aged 13-3. Stats: 5’ 10” 170lbs 10% BF Physical/Lifts: 4-5 days a week lifting. Have transitioned to a body building routine and have stopped my Starting Strength program. Been studying Mike Mentzer’s old stuff and have really been seeing results in physique. My goal last OYS was to get jacked and while body-dysmorphia is a bitch I've exceeded what I thought was possible. Haven’t lost a ton of strength, partially because I started a TRT/MK677 protocol. She’s begging you to act like a man because so far all you’ve done is bitch like a woman. You’ve taken in so much red pill advice that it’s made you mad and instead of changing you first you tried to use words to change her. Fix yourself first and stfu for like a year and just see what happens. You’ve got a decent woman who wants to make you happy and you’re blowing it

No hostility. RP is conducive in many (not all ways) because it identifies God’s created design for men/women dynamics. I do agree- Ephesians 5 is instructive and a great portion to teach men and women. It’s important to remember God has also revealed His will and nature in creation as well. Women are hypergamous, God made them that way. Women do use “sh*t tests”- God made them to do that. The Dominion Mandate requires us to know the created nature of our wives so we can better love and rule ove…

One of the best posts in here in a while. Men who are upset by this haven’t scratched the surface yet.

Agree with your sentiment about not wanting to modify her behavior for the wrong reasons. However, once you can see through the nonsense, I think it is permissible to modify behavior because you understand God created her to desire a man who can play with her emotions. A part of the dominion mandate requires men to rule over their women. Sometimes that means giving her what will help her even when she doesn’t understand or want it.

I get it we’ve all been there but at what point, being the man you claim to be, do you not start demanding excellence from anyone who’s attached to you? You need her more than she needs you or she’d be banging you on demand. Whatever SMV advantage you think you have is destroyed by your neediness. Go build a social life without her. Escalate sexually- then when she denies you, go to the bar or the gym and flirt with everyone. You’re doing covert contracts, you’ve got oneitis, you are giving wayy…

None. She just kept showing up at the gym every night at the same time as me. In no time she was climbing all over me. I was aloof and unaware she really existed until she made her move. You asking this question is a sign you’re too Outcome Dependant

Sleeping together before marriage but no plate spinning? What a weird belief system. Just start spinning plates until you find one better

You’re 6’3” at 187lbs. Your wife is married to a noodle. She knows you’re weird looking so why should she be concerned that you could step out on her. Lift moar often and lift heavier. Your personal trainer needs to be fired or you suck at communicating your goals. With that net worth you’re a king. Kings don’t “work” on their women they find women that work with them. But that will fail if you’re stuck in a oneitus mentality which based on your post it seems like you are.

you are theorizing about leadership (not actually leading), banging would be proof that you are leading.

Do you have access to barbells? With your build you should be able to get massive gains with a simple 3x5 barbell program. I think you’re doing the least you can to get by on your lift routine.

Ty. Ego- I have this false sense that I can't be bad at anything. Because typically things come easy. But this is wrapped up in my concern over the perception of me by others. Hence my action items are built around NGAF what those in my life think. Social- when I say like minded I dont mean RP. I just mean similar goals and not pussies/simps. Action Items- Great advice thank you. Yes- sometimes to provide comfort I fill the empty space. Definitely fixable. My issue is I give too much ownership a…
