She sent a private letter BEFORE he was officially nominated, when she noticed his name was on a short list of possible nominees. He was the ONLY one for MULTIPLE names to have a sexual assault allegation thrown at him, and it was private. This isn’t some last minute accusation. Not to mention, Neil Gorsuch is conservative like Kavanaugh, yet he was confirmed WITHOUT several sexual assault allegations. Hell, how the hell do Democrat’s benefit? If Kavanaugh doesn’t get the nomination, there is 2 …

"Criticism from feminists[edit] The Vagina Monologues has been criticized by some within the feminist movement, including pro-sex feminists and individualist feminists.[14] Sex-positive feminist Betty Dodson, author of several books about female sexuality, saw the play as having a narrow and restrictive view of sexuality.[15] Individualist feminist Wendy McElroy stated that the play "equates men with 'the enemy' – heterosexual love with violence".[16][17] McElroy also identified problems with th…

1) Bible actually teaches the opposite. That everyone has free will to do what they want at a given point, so if you sexually assault a woman, its because you chose to do so, not because of her clothing. 2) Literally no Biblical justificatipn for sexual assault. Even the Old Testemant that everyone mis-quotes does not support sexual assault or rape of any kind. 3) Men and Women are both created by God in his image, and therefore neither should have more rights than the other. At least Biblically…

Your having a leap of logic. Just because a woman wears something provocative doesnt mean its an open invitation for everyone. She me be trying to attract a specific person or might not even be trying to attract anyone, and is wearing something that makes her feel good. Either way, you need her consent before you go about touching her.

This reaks of Red Pill and is actually women hating. Men arent animals, they have a concious, and free will. Someone dressing provactively is not justification for sexual assault.

Your example is disingenuous too. It's more like if you asked a random person to come over your house for a drink and woke up to him eating all your food.

The report stated she had visible marks of assault. It wasn't so much his word vs. hers, it just seems illogical that the reverse could have happened (i.e she randomly shot him in the arm then he just started beating her up.)

Because it's just sexism. Sexism isn't exclusively "against women", it's "prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination on the basis of sex." Women do not own sexism, as Men can experience sexism as well.

Hm, well when you put that way, you are correct. Like I said before it was just a thought. Thanks for the information.

I can say the exact same thing and say if you don't want to be a mother don't have sex. If you have agree to have sex than you assume the risk of having childre. And you better take responsibility and take care of your kid! See how that logic fails?

Just thinking out loud here but: wouldn't a legitimate concern is that younger guys will abuse this? Just impregnate a woman who is too scared and emotional for an abortion or too attached to give up the baby, and then leave her all on her own?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
