I get that he fucked up, but people are acting like he raped the girl and kicked her dog. He shared a picture of her doing sexual acts with him. He's apologized and is seeing a therapist and has vowed to be better. He's also a teenager doing stupid teenager things. Hopefully he's allowed to put this behind him.
Well OP said that his friend is an intellectual, but I completely agree. The points made are valid, but the wording comes off as slightly pretentious... and there are few things people hate more then being aware that they are being talked down to.
