Go slow. Take your time if you don’t make your goal because your taking your time you’re good. Quality over quantity every day matters. I’d (a woman) be more receptive to someone saying hi or seeing a heart felt smile.

Maybe you are too hot and they are insecure? Maybe it’s an age thing. I can tell you from experience that if you are looking for a woman between 20 and 35 you’re going to have a hard time.
