It took one machine, 2 sets on legs and i managed to get immobilizing pain that lasted 4-5 days and was not going away. Do it right and only on good equipment. In my case i solved pain with stretches touching floor with hands while standing with my back to the wall.

Straight from my doctor’s mouth who did my procedure : I should go through the procedure only if I don’t plan on having kids ever again. I had 3, so I thought it is true for me. And at the age, when more is risk of birth defects. Doctor said the chance of restoration is low. So, no it is sterilization when done with kids.

My 1st wife never wanted kids. She put cats into human category. That's not ok in my book. She was not like most women, but it doesn't make her a better choice. She cheated on me at least twice. When I caught her it was another woman. She lied when confronted and said it was easy to lie because my questions were focused on a man. The best outcome was a divorce without any kids. She was unhappy with many things. Her comments influenced my view on the world for good 5 years or so after divorce.

Same experience here. A couple times I had to take care of kids while wife had to travel. I got house in oder on day one and upkeep was easy. If I had to keep doing it, I'd improve my cooking skills. Day one was also day of training kids for rule: you do what I tell you to do. Discipline is at core of everyone's happiness.
