> Grow a beard The beard now means weak soyboy or cuck. It no longer is a symbol for masculinity. (See my other comment here).

I used to have facial hair and longer hair, but I got rid of it. The beard (and longer hair in general) has been usurped by soyboys and beta cucks. They have ruined the beard for men. Now when people see a beard or facial hair they see a cuck or a soyboy. Now I do the exact opposite (clean shaven all the time, and short hair style) because I want no association with them.

Real power overrides it all. How many mob bosses, drug lords, etc, do you see giving up or losing anything to women who they have parted ways with? That's what real power is. The problem is that most men, even if they are very wealthy and elitist or in high positions, think they have real power. They do not.

Pre-nups aren't proof of anything except that you were in a relationship. A lease/rental agreement provides proof there was no relationship except a roommate/landlord based one. Hence the scheme absolutely would work, and does work. But you cant ever refer to the person as a partner or romantic interest and you cant ever buy them any type of romantic gift or be witnessed dating or having romantic interactions by anyone.

You can cohabitat, but you have to be smart about it. First, you must make her sign a rental/lease agreement and she must pay rent (and you should issue rental payment receipts). Secondly you refer to her as your roommate and only your roommate and never anything more. Have her pay half of the bills (even if the money comes from you). Third, have her take out renters insurance in her own name. And lastly, claim rental income on taxes. That way if shit hits the fan and she tries to claim common-l…

Personally I'd say if its taking away your natural erections then its bad for you. One of the first subtle signs of heart/cardiovascular issues in men is erectile issues. Anxiety issues stem a lot from hormones (primarily high estrogen formation in men) and lots of other times its from a vitamin B3 (niacinamide) and vitamin D3 deficiency (which can be remedied by high dose supplementation). Go to either a GP or naturopath and get a full hormonal and vitamin blood work up done.

Women who are overweight will make up any excuse to not lose weight. I've heard every excuse imaginable from women why they cant or wont lose the weight. There's one thing I learned, if you see a women who is overweight, that woman is lazy. And that laziness is carried with her throughout her entire life and lifestyle. If you see a fat woman then know she is lazy (lazy to keep clean and tidy, lazy in bed, lazy in communication, lazy emotions, lazy in everything).

Funny how they all got "mental health" issues are fat and blame it on meds for being lazy and fat. Also funny how she says she's got chronic depression, anxiety and low self esteem but somehow is going to a festival.

She's part of the new generation. This is how it goes: Parents: We love you honey and we're worried about your weight, its unhealthy. Her: Fuck off mom and dad. Quit fat shaming me! (Goes and eats more just for spite)

Thanks. It's definitely not an easy thing. But I try to hover between the 10% to 12% mark. I've found that 10% is low enough where I'm mentally still in a good head space and body still looks good and I'm happy about how it looks. So it fluctuates between 10% and 12% depending on the time of year, if there's holidays where a lot eating is involved with the family and things like that, then I know its going to go up and not to stress about it too much. The lowest I ever went was 8% and that was p…

So true and so relatable. Sad isn't it how society turned out. I'm sure like me, you never imagined it would be like this.

It's horrible. I feel bad for the young dudes and teens of today if that's the type of shit they have to put up with on a regular basis. If I was a teenager in today's society there is no way in hell I'd get married. Not because marriage in of itself is bad, but because the entitlement of these women has become so awful. It was bad enough 20 years ago. But what they were like 20 years ago would seem like a dream today because of how bad it has become. It's like a race to the bottom. It's typical…

Truth. All of the single moms where I work are all bat shit crazy. Like psycho go after you with a knife crazy. I noticed a trend. If they are single or divorced in their 30's and 40's then they have some sort of serious issue or baggage that no guy wants to stick around for.

The early stages of the diet was basically a slight caloric restriction with focus on obtaining wholesome real food (non-processed). So focusing on eating meats, veggies, complex carbs, and lots of water. I tried varying amounts of caloric restriction over the years and I found that dropping 500 calories or more per day was detrimental to me. I would get very angry, very agitated and combative, and my body would for some reason take it as a sign to not lose fat and it would begin holding onto a …

I tried a bunch of sites and apps (the standard shit like POF, OkCupid, Tinder, etc). But they were all basically the same thing with a few minor variations. Basically the younger group loved using the apps more so than sites, but some still used sites. The older crowd definitely used the sites more than apps. But after seeing the shit show of online dating I'd rather just walk into a bar or club.

Don't let women ruin a good thing you are doing. Shit, if I let my ex get into my head I would be just as obese and unhealthy as she is today. But I didn't, I totally ignored her attempts of subtle sabotage and did my thing for me. For the good of my health and my body. But yeah, I fucking laughed at how delusional these women were. I mean seriously. The amount of effort and will power it took me to reach and maintain a body fat percentage to hover around 10% for many years, and like I want to t…

there are plenty of reminders wherever you go I know I see it when I step outside, but you dont know how old these people are when you are just out. If I were to take my experience of what happened with online dating sites then I would have to say I probably think half of the people I see out and about are a lot younger than I think they are. They just appear so old and unhealthy that I gauge them as automatically being older. I totally didn't expect it though.
