Yeah, I get you. It is totally decisive. That is why there were no courting and mating in the medieval age. Nobody had a driver license to impress the female with. Also driver license has been a central element for human evolution. When Adam met Eve for the first time the first thing Eve asked: "So, sexy, do you have driver's license? No? Naah, I wanna bang a horse instead...at least it can take me for a ride." Sigh...
