Not gonna Lie like i Was lied to: It DOES hurt as f... when the nurse grabs your balls tight and when doc cuts, it DOES hurt. But it could be worse. I guess 8/10 on the pain scale. Then 2 hours later, when the local anesthetic wears off, the real pain comes.
