Humans don't have a mating season, and are only nominally monogamous. We also like to talk to each other. Seeing each other as potential mates and talking about it is a consequence. There's no reason to moralize it.

Sure, it's more liberal than its neighbors, but is conservative compared to even the US. While an Imam may not be the dictator there, their government is still closely tied to the Koran. And I didn't say beachers, I said spaces. You can buy travel packages for Dubai that consist of male only spaces, like clubs, gyms, coffee houses, etc.

Since I resemble a troll, I've learned not to approach women. Get a prostitute. Seriously, they are less expensive than dating, you get what you pay for, and if you treat them with the basic courtesy everyone deserves, they often work enthusiastically.
