Without that self-assurance, that security, then there is no confidence. It is not there naturally, it has to be gained. | 1 | I'm tired of people assuming someone isn't hygienic or trying to be healthy and take care of themselves. Specifically when asking for advice when it comes to dating and attracting someone.When people come here with issues it usually can be traced back to the same things, which is some type of anxiety, insecurities, depression, lack of self preservation, no self confidence, etc. Those 3 statements(not always so simply put) are generally the things that will at least put you on the right path. As basic as they sound, a lot of people may know them but don't wholeheartedly do them. Doing daily maintenance to make sure your groomed and clean is a good sign of self care.
