Because we all hated the boss lmao. We even discussed why did she get paid lower than us at one time with the crew(5 people). The guy that was hired at the same time with her quitted after a month while she worked for 2. The most senior guy said is because she was expected to perform worse. Which she did , but it still doesn't justify this discrimination. There is no need to verify it,it was true.

Dude When I was working in construction there was this girl that got hired , she was treated just like any other guy and got paid by $2 less than what a newbie guy would including me when i was hired. At that time that Toxic boomer boss was yelling at her and being frustrated for every mistake she did even more than he would get frustrated at a guy. He made her feel like literal garbage. In the end she quitted crying. That moment literally changed my views forever.

Men genetically more capable of working in harsh environments. It's obvious that a skinny 4'11 woman can't do a lot of jobs that are physically demanding. Hence why women get paid lower on average. They can't go to learn carpentry to become a good paid professional, they instead have to do a cashier job or housecleaning shit. Even if they don't. Immigrants that come today , their kids will be 100% integrated, way more tolerant and prolly more educated. The decay of cultural IronCurrtain is inevitable. I used to be carrying about western nation, conservative values and had xenophobic feelings towards immigrants in my country. But all of that changed and my views have changed. Things like nations and cultures are so insignificant compared to space exploration , science and history. I will die in probably 50 years, so whats the point? Trade , innovations , science and future colonization of other planets thats what should matter. To achieve that we should gather together and not divide.
