Hahaha I heard a saying from an expat once. "Break a Japanese girl's heart and she'll kill herself. break a Chinese girl's heart and she'll kill you."

This works best in the context of forbidding the people from defending themselves.

Only an idiot thinks it, yet that’s what the image seems to say. I don’t see “dad was rich” under their names. I’m not telling anyone not to work hard, just know what it can really get you. No one here is going to be the next Musk. You can have more than 99% of people if everything aligns right, but don’t go through life unhappy if it doesn’t happen. The smartest guy in the world labored as a ranch hand for most of his life. What you say about value is true. It's just a lot easier to produce val…

The women are leeches, but that doesn't make these men good. I get the point, but also want my brothers to understand the shape of the world. Being like these men takes something other than (or in addition to) hard work. "Great fleas have little fleas upon their backs to bite 'em, And little fleas have lesser fleas, and so ad infinitum."

Pfft, quick sucking off the elites. Musk was a prep school kid and Gates in particular started off at the top. Bezos might have scrambled a little but he still had more than just "hard work" to get him there. It's okay to respect hard work and value competent men, but worshiping these guys will only keep you down and chasing falsehoods. Honest advice: Look into the background of these people before blindly believe the myths they tell about themselves.

My man you're on to something. I noticed this year that many women aren't even making it through the cuffing season cycle. They're single and scheming for dick in the cold January wind. Something shifted, and now I know why. As another posted said, there is no percent anymore, these is just the pool of men they can draw on. Thanks for connecting the dots.

Texas will never get around to it. But about half of us think the election was rigged, and all of us hate the others. So yeah, shit's gonna go down. The exact shape of it isn't clear yet, IMO.

Well since half of everyone would die if they didn't have their hand held by the government, the environment would improve. To address your question though, freedom does not necessarily mean consumption. A moral or wise people could have free ideas and free markets, and not live in a spiritual hellscape of status displays and material pleasures. Freedom is a virtue exactly because it lets us find out what we are, good or bad. There should always be a place for it. I would also argue that coerc…

I think the resume posters are right. Find a job you want, look up the posting in Indeed. Stuff as many of the keywords from it into your resume as you can. Even the stupid diversity and inclusion ones, anything they will scan for as a requirement. This is more time consuming because you're adjusting your applications, but it can help get you to the next step.

Here in the west we just let tech corporations do the censoring and oppressed groups do the torturing. Clearly this is very different. Don't say it's not, that offensive and unpatriotic.

You make some valid points, and there are some headwinds for them. I also see headwinds for the headwinds. Sec. 230 is a big one. Also companies prefer to reach users on the largest platforms. Judging by the sheer number that bowed to the left's attack dogs earlier this year, I don't think many will risk being associated with free speech. Unions have been busted before, and the mechanisms to do it in tech, like generous visa policies, already exist and are generally co-opted. Just some examples.…

Counter-blackpill: These companies write the laws that keep them on top. They don't need to care if a few people are onto their games. They made the only move they needed to win for the foreseeable future. Example: They get laws like Section 230 passed or repealed as they please, and interpreted in whatever way favors them. Dessert: They don't care about profit from individual users anymore, they're going for something bigger. For example Amazon and Google both have large gov contracts.

Please be careful using any of these that require your personal identifying info (Parler is a good example). If you really think they're trying to corral you, and you should because they hate you and every tech company has either cucked to government or shut down, protect your identity.

Here's how this works: Anyone with any sense or morals quits, but the positions remain. Loyalist dogs, diversity hires, and partisan apparatchiks (a fairly tight venn diagram) fill the positions. Now you have the makings of a new NKVD, and don't have to worry about details like ethics, due process, etc. anymore.

To give a very different interpretation, both moralities consider themselves to be "good" and the other to be "evil". The master morality states "I am good because I am successful in society. Since I am good, the things that satisfy me are good." This tends to make those with a master morality act and think about others in certain ways. The slave morality thinks those guys are assholes. The slave morality says "we are good because we are not like THEM. We are humble and caring instead." As such,…

Disney is massive and this doesn't necessarily say anything about their financial situation. They're making the sound choice of a lower rate on their debt, which nearly all companies hold. I want to see them fail as much as anyone, but this just looks like an accounting decision.

Problem here is that all your important stuff is still linked to one PW. Alternate idea: Keep a typing pattern and alternate it for accounts. Ex: 0987poilkm. Use that pattern for everything but change the starting key. It mostly satisfies security requirements, but is easy to remember/recover for every password you have. Good balance of effort and performance.

Agree on Confucianism. Confucian though was promoted by the state, so it's inherently serving the interests of others. It also formalized an actual patriarchy, but it did so to the benefit of an elite.

Where did they say "more power for more pay"? It's binary, you get one vote whether you have a net contribution of $1 or $1,000,000. Paying for power (for more money, for more power, ad infinitum) is what we have now.

Third parties have already displaced established parties twice in American history. It might be the Libertarian party, or might be something else. Either way the dominant parties are slowly amputating their membership and a good number of those people are becoming Libertarian. Calking that up to a fifth column is...well it just just seems like a way of discrediting something unfamiliar in the nation's psyche.

Feel like you've been watching Peterson. He's like that post-Soviet saying: Every criticism Marx had was right, but every solution he had was wrong. Changing gears: ever read Asimov's Foundation series? The only way to save a dying society is to create an alternate one within it, a bubble kingdom that can step in when the virus kills the host. In other words we should put that 100% into something that will show results, because it isn't happening in the mainstream.

I have no idea how this would translate to code and components, but it would be a major step. The closest thing I've seen was that really bad blowjob bot that was basically just a wig on a lever. Dynamic motion is apparently pretty difficult, but something like "bend the hips to 40 degrees and knees to 30, repeat 100 times" seems doable provided the actual structure of the thing could handle it.

I'm not European, I don't know the details of your legal system. Elites are global though, so it's probably not so different. Protip: Based on what you wrote you aren't the elite, but when the lumpenproletariat get pissed off that won't matter. You will be close by, and wealthy enough to be a target. When that day comes you won't be so keen to defend your owners, because you'll be taking wrath that was meant for them. By then it will be too late.

Ballot access again. The rando has no platform. Ever tried running ads somewhere? Look up the cost of that. You must work for a senator or something to pretend to be this dense.
/r/MGTOW29/09/18 02:03 AM

Your alternative would be to vote for some rando you've never heard of. Also not having an army of canvassers to gather signatures prevents you from being on a ballot in many places. This isn't that complicated, and also you're flat wrong.

I agree entirely with your last paragraph. I should clarify that I'm not saying it has never been tried. It was tried, and worked, but was lost fairly quickly. I've been there a few years. I've never seen anything like that happen. The place is full of zealots, which is the result of every other platform banning them, but I have never seen that type of top-down censorship. Not saying you're lying, but maybe it operates differently since I've been there.

Go make babies or something, because you sure can't reason. Every community you don't like in your Favorite Place just happens to exist there, everyone from That Other Place is conspiring to hurt people. Your lukewarm reasoning ability is....expected, unfortunately. I'm very interested in how it is "dedicated" to anything other than giving a voice to people you want to silence.

I think that's something for the mods to sort out. My only suggestion for that is to publish a back up plan well before the ban (as TRP did) so people know where to congregate. It's intentional to the extent that many small, seemingly independent decisions lead to a structural paradigm. What people tell you is important today won't mean squat in 30 years, and you'll probably still be around then. Think of what people liked in the 80's and what they like today. Maybe intimidation isn't the right phrase, maybe something like "shame" is more correct. Shame is social. And giving a fuck what society thinks is something you can control. That last para was spot on. The problem I see is that in a theocrazy sex is still being weaponized by someone. The ability of a government religion to decide what sexual behavior is acceptable can stabilize society, but it can also create a lot of guilt and be used to keep the peons in line. I'm not saying that's worse than unbridled hedonism though.

In the U.S. they already can't. While the laws vary there are generally safeguards against troubled people owning guns. Felonies, diagnosed disorders, and other things are all grounds for denial of a permit. "Legitimate" gun culture generally treats a weapon as something deserving of respect and caution, while crimes are committed by people with no sense of these things. The media portrayal is a bit different from this reality.

First one, then the other. That's how it usually goes. Civilizations have lifespans, and like living things they weaken, die, and get turned into something else. To clarify that analogy, being invaded is analogous to getting suddenly killed and eaten, which disrupts the natural lifespan but has the same result. If you like historical context, you could look at the work of Oswald Spengler, and Edmund Burke's comments on the French revolution for an idea of where things could go. Personally I like…

Maybe so. I'm pretty sure we're working on different definitions of socialism, because I can't see how anything publicly funded is by definition socialism. There are many examples of people creating the equivalent of public institutions without formal government participation, or doing it at a level of government where those institutions are entirely participatory. I largely agree. There are broad, abstract theories that in general you try to apply because they seem to work better than alternatives most of the time, but in reality each scenario is unique and needs to be considered on the basis of what is actually happening in the real world. This leads to where I would disagree- that we do most things right. We do have a mix of approaches, but seem to apply the wrong forces to the wrong situations. I stand by the position that socialism is bad because ther…

Yes, I think socialism is bad. Look up the difference between socialism and social democracy, and we can have a discussion. Or did you just want to make little snipes like a woman?

I'm in a a neighboring state and county, the situation is similar. If they actually fixed any of the problems they invent then they wouldn't have a voter base. This seems to be slightly more true for Dems, but both parties are trash at this point.

I'm a different user Hoss. I never made an argument based on someone's importance. For that matter it doesn't seem like OP did either. You did though, and it's a pretty sloppy strawman you got there. Tighten up your craft if you're going to troll people.

I disagree. Rage is like pain, it's there to tell you something. Like pain you don't need to wallow in it, but if you deny it long enough it will seep out in strange ways, just like any emotion. Our entire culture is terrified of anger, maybe because admitting we're angry means admitting we have a problem. Instead of denying it or wallowing in it, why not face it and give it an outlet of your choosing?

Nah, you're right. It's the hinterland equivalent of terrible rap music. People singing about beer and tractors they don't own. It's low-effort hedonistic garbage and a sign of decay that appeals to those who revel in their own mental excrement. Country used to be good, or at least respectable, but this stuff is just pop with a twang for wannabe farmers.

You know what man? You have a lot of seminal ideas here, and you need to draw them out. This could be an entire book, because you're right that the discussion is based on fantasies. Someone needs to say more than "enjoy the decline". I would read something that takes each idea through it's logical process and suggests an alternative. Nice write up, and good luck.

Process and strategy are connected but different. On the topic of fads, you might like reading about Blue Ocean strategy and similar ideas. Even in a mature market you can look for new territory and avoid competing mostly on price.

You know, if they actually bothered to bootstrap themselves the way every other successful group has done then this ad wouldn't be a problem. Be independent. Develop a culture of competence. Do the things you celebrate yourselves for! The problem comes when you demand benefits without backing them up. That's called bragging, and it's very different from competence. It's the heart of the issue- plenty of men would have engaged with a competent woman in the past, because competent people bring val…

If he expanded his definitions a little he might see that actual, literal monks did as much for the good of mankind as generations of reproducers (who provided a place for men who fell through the cracks, other than warlords?). This graph is BS for a lot of reason. One is that the things being considered are not equal. If you buy one $500 TV every 4 years and have one $10,000 medical expense in the same period, it looks a lot less like wages are keeping up with costs. Not to mention, one of those things you might not be able to live without.
/r/MGTOW04/03/18 07:32 AM

Personally? I'm sure that's a big part of it, but it seems to be related to issues with the broader culture as well (In the US at least). Edit: A comment further down makes me think that a generation of men getting off by watching other people fuck probably does affect what they think of as arousing.

If you want a good laugh look up ecofeminism, which is partly predicated on the idea that women are more "in tune" with nature and should therefore be the ones to lead environmental efforts. Yep, they are born with a Gaia Goddess spider sense that just happens to give them political power. Betcha didn't know that.

Man, a friend spent 30 minutes telling me about his new one recently. It was like a sales pitch and a bit disappointing that he would care that much about a gadget. It's cool and all but I could do something more useful with $400.

Many of them will play the same tricks they got away with in their earlier years. Backstabbing, histrionics, outright theft. It's disappointing to see someone of a mature age still acting like a child, but amusing when they occasionally find out it doesn't work any more. This really has nothing to do with an age group but with a quality of person.

Well they only need dolls to cost just a little more than an actual woman for the effect they want. Watch it become a tax based on income, 51% of earnings :)
/r/MGTOW24/02/18 07:19 PM

Approach it like firearms. What actually constitutes a "gun"? The receiver? The bolt? If you sell one part of the doll, maybe just the vag, as the core product, then the rest of it as an accessory. That way you only pay tax on one part of it and get around most of the expense.
/r/MGTOW24/02/18 07:15 PM

It will happen, too. Not only does it give the g-men a good excuse to extort more money, but buying into the traditional life is critical for the economic status quo to function. A tax is too pragmatically useful NOT to pass eventually.

From a lighter POV, this is nature's grace for men. Yeah, most don't want to pass and we die earlier. But of all the ways to go out it's not bad if it's quick. You could waste away in pain and weakness, watching all the faculties that you depended on rust, being a burden to others. A minute of (admittedly intense) pain is fairly gentler, and only a few notches away from going in your sleep or having an aneurism while reaching for the morning paper.

This is an interesting concept, because she might have a few years yet. Women have "longevity privilege" by virtue of living longer, and putting them in a lifetime position like the SC would therefore unfairly benefit them. Let's institute mandatory retirement ages for them to make things even. It's just enacting equality to account for their biological privilege...

You sound pretty resigned, but consider that there are dark reasons for optimism. Tell the court what you explained here. They won't sympathize, but the system depends on keeping us just alive enough to keep paying. I don't know the laws in your area, but they don't want you dead quite yet. I sincerely hope you figure something out, a smart and experienced guy can overcome this. Good luck bruddah.
