0	It’s not worth it in the long run As someone who hires for a high paying job, I beg to differ regarding that point specifically, all the other points may be true of course. When I do a background check on a person, I look for red flags such as: racism, violent or aggressive speech, arrogance and generally qualities that might be hard to work with.
