Eh, that thought crossed my mind before I don't think it's an issue, a fresh start is always good

My understanding is that human contact builds positive rapport fast I'm not like putting my hand on their leg or shit, but more so like a hand shake, or touch on the arm when I make a joke or to emphasize a point

Good shit Thanks man, I'll work on making that happen

Yeah, I think the hand gestures may be too much But what's wrong with friendly kino? My understanding is that it's a fast way to build rapport, with both genders

Interesting, that never occurred to me I suppose speaking fast and being overly amped may appear a more feminine than otherwise. Thank you, I'll start working on that immediately

Can you elaborate a bit on escalation.

Military. I stay at the dorms, and while we can have girls over, door needs to be open (it's fucking gay). Gonna wait until she's eligible to leave base and make a move.

I've spent quite a while improving myself and I certainly don't consider myself a degenerate. But my feelings of overwhelming self hated stem from my virginity. I feel like if she found out it would ruin my reputation.

I've been being highly dismissive of people lately, and they've been seeking my approval a lot more than usual, including people who otherwise didn't.

What do you mean by gaming them?

What do you mean by blanking them?

I'm learning a highly technical role that has one of the lowest deployment rates in the military. There's a near zero chance I'll have to go through the above.

Thank you sir. However, I'm in training for a very technical support role (cus my asvab scores). I probably won't ever see a lick of combat, as my career has one of the lowest deployment rates.

I feel like it's too petty. I'll try and resolve it by holding rock hard frame.

Sigh You're right. I'll pick up a pair tomorrow. How do I proceed with my relationship with this dude that I'm always <10 feet away at any given time (including classes). Radio silence?

Fair point. But there's no guarantee he'll be dropped in your second point. But as for the battle, it is taking away from my quality of life, giving in to him not only makes my life slightly more miserable, but shows him that he can get away with bs like this in the future.

Sounds like surrender.

Great answer! I do outrank him, but right now I'm in technical training (being the reason I have a roommate) so it's irrelevant. And I've only been here for two weeks (so don't have the social superiority). I'll talk to him about it in a reasonable fashion. But I refuse to budge. If he was doing homework then id be willing to use earplugs or what be it, but my dude is playing diablo. Otherwise, I may have to create conflict and deal with it.

I see... Can you elaborate a bit on the machevellian bit?

Can I get an example of how to talk to him about it? I'm no good at confrontation.

What about making connections to other people, and spitting ill game?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
