2	Whole summer to dedicate to my SMV, and building sustainable habits. If you have the time to dedicate to the gym and you enjoy going, find a good Push/Pull/Legs routine on the bodybuilding.com forums. I hit the gym 6 days a week, and I never feel sore doing body parts 72 hours apart. You'll obviously have to work up to that volume, and at the start you'll have a lot of DOM.
