11	Got vaccinated yesterday and cold approached a girl during our waiting time after the vaccination I personally don’t really see it as anything special or brave,just struck a convo by asking a question where I needed the answer and from there we snowballed the convo. Ended up talking about what we study/do,eventually presented myself and at the end just asked her for her number. Really basic stuff,normal human interaction! If the convo hadn’t “snowballed” like it did I would’ve still gotten my anser to the question and would’ve spent my time just listening to music. You should try to hang out more, meet new people and become friends with them(male, females, doesn't matter) and just enjoy life. You say that you're taking care of yourself from previous answers but i think that you should work on the "confidence thing" and this whole "sad mentality" that you have.
