Great insight. It’s actually astonishing how many men don’t realize the power of a good physique when it comes to attraction by women. A good physique not only signifies higher testosterone levels (which instantly taps into the evolutionary cognitive systems women have in sexual selection), but it also is a sign of discipline and hard work, which are two valuable traits women desire in men. It’s very fascinating how the cognitive processes of women implicitly pick up on this, hence their enhance…

Great advice. My biggest advice for young guys is to work on building yourself both physically, mentally, and professionally (career wise). Women peak in their early 20s, while a man’s peak is 30+.

This is the issue I possess with avoiding be nice - you must display levels of kindness in business relationships and in your career in order to attain better opportunities. It is more so advisable as to utilize kindness to your advantage and only use it when it benefits you.

Good to hear that you’ve learned from the situation and proceeded to set yourself up for success. Although your father may have been too obedient to your mom (in your own view), it seems like he finally thought it was time for you to learn from his mistakes and become a better man, which is nothing but respectable. I’ve been also trying to come to terms with some personal circumstances, as well as adopt TRP in my life. This comment just fueled my motivation. Best of luck brother.

Wow, this shit was one of the most intriguing and eye opening stories I’ve read on this sub. I hope you’re not mentally fucked, shit sounds tough going through that.

Yeah I just added onto my comment before reading this reply and I think I got the right idea. Thanks for clarifying.

So...don’t workout and build a great physique? I understand the concept but not sure how this corresponds to realistic scenarios of women going for great physiques. I’m guessing maybe it just boils down to your attitude on whether you try to push your great physique onto a woman to attract her, or simply workout for yourself and utilize confidence as your main source of attraction?

If she’s not a LTR, ignore her, drop her, and rotate a plate. No need to start confirming to her shit tests or try to make things work.

You do have a point, but I believe to an extent. Yes, there are exceptions, but it’s just a matter of time. If enough time goes by, the higher the chances any SO will cheat, or at least consider it. It also depends on circumstances. If a richer, more handsome man came into your girlfriend’s life and tried to fuck shit up, more often than not, conflict would occur. Again, there are exceptions, but the majority of women demonstrate otherwise.

It’s just a harsh, sad reality to accept. That’s it. Thinking and pondering the “why’s” and the nature of this truth will drive you to more and more questions and depression that’ll never end. Because the answer is the truth itself. You must learn to accept that reality, and then manipulate it to your advantage. And never let your guard down.

I completely disagree with all your points. So you’re saying that meditation coupled with working out is “indulging in anxiety?” There’s thousands of personal anecdotes of how beneficial meditation is. And we all know how many positive benefits working out brings. Not only does working out build a more attractive physique which will bring about confidence, but the endorphins/testosterone peaks released every time you work out will chemically allow you to feel better, and reduce anxiety. There’s …

Monk mode isn’t bad though. This comment has a negative connotation towards monk mode. Those who come to TRP often lack the foundation or self development aspect to their lives which led them to have little success with women, hence why they came to TRP. Failure to achieve women is often a byproduct of the collection of poor qualities in their lives. Monk mode allows them or anyone to practice introspection while also developing for better. Yes, monk mode will set you in place for future success…

This line is a gem. I never knew currency can be used in such a way to make an idea perfectly clear.

A female who tends to have a lot of male friends indicates, as others said, that they require a lot of validation. This often demonstrates immaturity and a shallow persona revolving around the female. Not only does she require a lot of validation, but she most likely has a thing with at least one of the male friends, or in other words, she’s more likely than not to be fucking one of her “male friends.” The more male friends she has, the higher the possibility that one of them isn’t just a “frien…

Don’t ever let a woman start taking control of the necessities that you desire. Unless you somehow are so attached to her and think she’s a great woman to marry, there’s no reason to conform to her. By conforming to what she’s saying, you’re putting her in control. Not only that, but to her, it seems like you have no other options and are reliant on her. Ghost her, or cut her off and move on to the next.

I would also advice letting your doctor know about going on supplements like these. Just in case some shit turns out, you’ll know why.

What a fucking post. I’m new to this sub and TRP, I’m 20 and I’ve been so fucking blue pulled it’s insane. This just goes to show how when you prioritize yourself and not give a fuck, you begin to win at life. I knew most of this and also learned a lot from this post. Good shit on the success.

Agree with this completely. Although you might never reach the other end of the spectrum, the balance and amplification/inhibition of certain traits like social skills/confidence/empathy will have some great change to your whole life.

Is it actually possible to change your personality?
/r/askTRP19/07/19 08:10 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
