Rare False Positive (Female identified as Male): This is extremely uncommon in standard casework and is generally caused by sample contamination with male DNA. False Negative (Male identified as Female): This is the primary issue with the Amelogenin test. A significant deletion on the short arm of the Y chromosome ( ) can cause males (XY) to appear as females (X only). They are going back and reclassifying formerly male as female. The bone shape, tooth size, and DNA tests said male. Now based on…

there are clear differences in men and women Never said anything to contrary because men and women are very different. You may view the male point of view as more pure (I would disagree) but you are ultimately just as selfish as women. I hate when people can´t take a side, neutrality is a myth, you are either here or there, this whole "humans" is bs, You sound incredibly frustrated but it is not an us vs them scenario. You can't win. You can understand.

I tend to think all actions in humans are motivated by self-interest and selfishness, even in what seem to be acts of altruism. Humans act altruistically for selfish reasons even when cost of the altruistic action is far outweighed by the reward of acting selfishly because altruism is performed to fulfill the desire of a person to act altruistically.

Women are more empathetic they are just not empathetic to their mates, men are less empathetic to others but are more empathetic to their mates. This is why gay men have such low rates of divorce but lesbians have the highest divorce rate. It goes back to evolutionary biology and the women needing protection for their children so they select the man capable of protecting them but they still need empathy to raise children. "Only women, children, and dogs are loved unconditionally. A man is only l…

Assuming no lifetime alimony women lose more in the long run because they have lost much of their value to possible high value men and because men tend to make more money they can just work harder and make back what they lost. I have no stats to prove this, just my opinion.

I was watching a video and a lady was quoting divorce statistics and she straight up said 100% of lesbian divorces are initiated by women. Said it with a straight face, reminded of the Dilbert where the boss realized 40% of sick days happen on Monday and Friday.

Excess male mortality is highest from ages 20 to 30, during which time the risk of dying is three times higher for men than women of the same age.

There are benefits to being a man, like when someone is nice to you, they are actually being nice to you rather than trying to get in your pants. I also generally do not need to worry about being raped.

Therapists tend to look down on having expectations for other people and tend focus on making yourself happy. They do this by recommending changing things you can control or changing the way you perceive things you can't. This is why so many push for divorce.

This is also why they freak out about passport bros, because it floods the market with relatively cheap women and de-values their most valuable asset (and sometimes their only asset).

Yikes so to adding a bit of context based on her linkedin posts, the example used in this article was Patricia Boone who was forbidden from talking negatively about the father of her son. She claimed the father was an abuser with no evidence. The judge wanted to protect the child from one parent alienating the other parent so they ordered her to stop bad mouthing the father. She repeated violated the order and judge terminated her parental rights. The judge required her to pay a third party (Aut…

Worst part about is these men in the Ukraine are fighting and dying while the women leave the country and move to places like Poland and marry polish men starting a new life. Something like 30% of their population has fled and most of that are young women.

Isnt everything in California free now? Pretty much, the trick is finding a store that is still open or doesn't require a key to get to the products. Last time I checked something like 80% of San Francisco downtown was boarded up.

Romcoms are the very similar to porn, they release dopamine and oxytocin in the brain. They also present an un-realistic view of relationships with men which like porn can lead to not being able to develop authentic relationships.

She did not kidnap the child, he gave up his parental rights to her on the condition she not leave Japan. Giving up your parental rights is a legal action, promising to not leave Japan is not a legal action. She is still a horrible person, a cheater, abusive mother, etc. but most likely nothing she did was illegal. In Japan fathers have almost no rights in the court system and absolute power over the child is usually given to the mother.

Both women were actively dating him during the alleged rape and didn't immediately break up with him Both women were friends with each other Both women had a grudge against scientology and thus him as a key member. No evidence other than their testimony Most states the number of complaints against you can't be used as evidence in a case, for example if you have 3 people accusing you of rape the jury cannot consider anything but the individual case. This is why charges were never brought 19 years…

Almost half of the population of Ukraine has fled to other countries, 90% of these are women and children. I see tons of posts of Polish men marrying Ukrainian women. The men go off to die and the women abandon their country and marry foreigners. #MalePrivilege

Yeah but women simply getting convicted of a crime doesn't really feel like PPD. PPD would require them to use their gender as an excuse or handicap.

So this study is strange because it equates things like masturbating, cheating, controlling behavior, and porn to promiscuity. To summarize based on this study if you tell a woman you masterbate 5 times a day to porn and cheated on every person you dated they would judge you harshly. A man will go, eh don't want to marry you but will bang you.

Women don't think about it or understand it any more than a man thinks about the reason he likes big boobs, youth, and wide hips. It is an evolutionary hold over to finding the healthiest female to have offspring and for women it is an evolutionary holdover to finding the man who can protect her and said offspring.

This is all sub conscious but it is whats going on. That is why it is refreshing to see someone who is self aware. We live in a society where forced monogamy is no longer a thing so the best case scenario is for women and men to be self aware of their nature and make educated choices.
/r/MensRights25/01/23 08:35 PM

I actually commend her on being self aware. I see too many women who do not understand how their own minds work and end up married and say things like my husband is loving, providing, caring, and handsome but I just don't find him attractive and don't know why.

I do not require her to do anything, an erection is not controllable it is a natural response to being close to her. I do not grind it on her or "make her service me". Also I never said she gets upset you seem to be projecting. If she actually is your wife lol

Well here is the thing the judge went insane on this case, the prosecutor offered a deal via HYTA that would keep him in out of jail and off the sex offender list. He took the deal and the judge threw out the deal and sentenced him anyway. Further more the parents of the girls begged the judge and prosecutor for the case to be dropped once they learned their daughter lied. I am a big proponent of removing the judges discretion, we see it all the time in family court because of biases toward men …

They complain they are not taken seriously, their ideas are ignored only to see the same ideas accepted when a male suggests the same thing. Men talk down to them and treat them like children who don't know anything.
/r/MensRights21/06/22 04:01 PM

Yeah, I think the problem I have is that it is not socially acceptable to talk about the issues men have, they just need to toughen up or they flat out deny there is any societal issues for men. Where as for the last 50 years society has worked toward solving the issues women have faced in society, male equality issues are taboo.

She would need to admit lying about her being abused by him not vice versa. The trial is not trying to decide if she is a good person but whether she lied about him being an abuser. Now her being an abuser is relevant to the countersuit.

Oh definitely I have signed contracts worth millions with nothing more than a witness and they have been upheld by the court. So if it's done through a proper lawyer then it will likely be good Probably, but they can still be thrown out for something as simple as failing to disclose a retirement account. Many times they are challenged just so the spouse can negotiate a better settlement, most lawyers will advise settling because they know there is a non insignificant chance it could be thrown out. While you are correct it is a response from the conservatives to what they view as a racist ideology I don't think it is a misrepresentation. I have lived and worked in a conservative rural community and in 25 years have yet to meet an actual racist.

It's to draw attention to what the end goal is, for people who say ALM the end goal is a color blind society in which we don't focus on the color of skin. Proponents of BLM would say that is an impossible dream and by focusing on being color blind people of color will be hurt / not helped and thus it is racist. Both of these people think the other is racist.

Pre modern times women required men to provide and protect them, in the modern society they no longer need such things. Men on the other hand didn't lose their biological imperative to acquire sex. What this means is that women have motivation to go after the top 20% of men and have very little reason to settle for bottom tier men.

Unlike other some other states in Ohio modification of child support is done through CSEA who are also the people who enforce child support. You do not go before a judge, a case worker at CSEA (the person you referred to as a clerk) reviews your case and makes modification based on the situation. You can only petition for change every 36 months unless you meet special requirements. How is it illegal? If this is the US, most states are an at will employment which means you can be fired anytime for any reason or no reason, assuming the reason does not violate the discrimination law of the state. They gave no reason.

Many women are attracted to damaged men because they are damaged, then try to fix them, then complain there are no good men. This may be sexist but if you choose to be with someone that abuses you, perhaps you should share in the blame. We are not living in the 18th century where your husband is chosen for you and you have no rights. You choose to be with this person.

How do you know the owner worked 14 hours a day, 7 days a week for 10 years? I know plenty of business owners who are successful have never worked that schedule, myself included. When you're an entrepreneur, the hours you work are a meaningless measure.

If you have to work this much you are doing it wrong. The key success is to make other people work this hard for you thinking it will get them to the top. Almost no one gets to the top by working hard. Ex. You are a car sales man, you work hard to make the bonus and are the top sales man you are making a good living working your ass of. Being muscular and fit is great for your self confidence which women do like self confidence, but do not get confused, women like the self confidence that comes with getting muscular and fit not the fact you are muscular and fit. This is why successful / powerful men that are butt ugly have beautiful women, they have self confidence that comes from being successful.
