This is a flat I'm looking at. Financially speaking I think it's good for it's price. It's really close to the train station that goes to the capital, and the makes it more valuable and have a higher demand. But yes I get your point, invest in something old, fix it and sell it for a good price. I've seen lot's of flats in that situation, if the owner made a lot of money or not, I don't know for sure. But there are cheap ones out there, so he can't have made a lot of money.

Wow that's a young age to by a house. Congrats thought. How many years is your loan?

Well it is my favorite affordable city. In this city I take 45 minutes to get to work so it's not too bad. Better than this city, only if I lived where I actually work, but trust me, houses over there are completely not affordable, like 2.5 times as expensive as this house I'm looking at. One question, where are you from? In my country it's completely normal for loans to last 40 years. People buy a house, make a 40 (sometimes even 50) year loan, and pay the rent throughout their lives. Whenever …

Kinda wrong sub yeah, sorry. Well with the houses I'm looking at, the loan rent would be roughly 20% of my monthly income. Is the the usual? Or am I keeping it too low and therefore paying more interest without the need to. With the extra bills and food I'm planning to already spend about 40% of my income just living by myself. That sounds reasonable. If I'd decrease it to 15 years it'd be about 50% of my income, that's quite a lot. I like the area and could imagine myself living here for some t…

I think a mix of r/TheRedPill and this one is the best one. Most women want a man that can handle and take control of any situation. Most man want to do this. TheRedPill helps you be able to take control of any situation. Of course going to bed with as many women as you can is not always the best thing to do. But sometimes even this can help you grow up and be confident of yourself, as long as you respect everyone involved.

Well sometimes it's actually helpful. But most of the times whatever the problem is, their solution is "break up with them!" ahah

Some great tips. I have one question though. On a date how do you normally go from asking where is is from, etc to talk about something sexual? I think that that is the hardest part.

Great post and great website (already in my favorites), just read the "How to get over a break up" article as my ex broke up with me 6 months ago and I'm still getting over it (and doing a bad job). just one question. What do you mean by touching someone when they say something funny? Like a tap on the shoulder? Wouldn't that look weird.

You have a point. But the question is how to approach? I mean I was on a train, in the morning, the train was so full that people had to be standing up (my case and hers). Lots of other people around. I couldn't just go up to her and say "hi". In most of these scenarios, I have no idea how to approach them.

So what do you do? You go up do them and say what? I get those moments every day, but have no idea what to say. Or I see a girl looking at me (more than the usual), but I notice she has a ring on the ring finger and start thinking "What is she doing? Doesn't she have a boyfriend?"

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
