| 1 | Food addiction?If I can do it, anyone can. I've always loved food and had developed a very unhealthy relationship with it. I used to comfort eat a lot, eating to relieve stress. What I was doing was using food like a drug and it can seem hard to kick but you can do it. Set small goals, don't try to do everything at once. | 4 | Who here has had a vasectomy?I had it a couple of years ago. No negative side effects, no difference in sex drive or function. Best thing I ever did. Look up a good doctor and do the follow up tests to make sure it worked as intended. I wouldn't worry what plates think.
