The point I was making is you're doing nothing with size. You get more attention, you can out your foot on the door if you take initiative and they'll be more receptive. You're pulling girls without doing anything. At that point you can indulge in countless game confidence material on here and apply it but size is a sole factor that can get you from staying outside the door to her opening the door to an interaction, in which case your confidence and game does the work. Size can only get you so f…

Fighting is dumb, plain and simple. Unless you're competing then obviously it's important. You get the occasional ignorant drunk trying to test you but at that point you've already won the fight because his senses are fucked. I don't even have fighting experience and this guy at the bar tried to grapple me from the back and start shit. All that squat paying off + sudden adrenaline rush and I lifted him on the ground and dropped him. With size comes strength and sometimes technical skills isn't t…

I can get with the numbers and targeting specific body fat but ultimately it's how your body structure is how you perceive it. Take a good look in the mirror and look at yourself. Are you obese or are you husky? There's a difference. The former clearly shows you don't work out or care for your body while the latter shows you're fit but it's just hidden in fat. From experience and observations, a fit dude with size can share similar success to a husky dude - the Ice Cube's, Schoolboy Q's.

Just from personal experience alone this rings true. Skinny dudes also get called little boy or little brother. "I would never date that guy, he looks like a little boy." You hear it often.

Just accept it. Anyone can scope out insecurity from a mile away and elevator shoes are just wack. What are you going to do when you come home and take off your shoes?

It's little things like that. Compliments are underrated but it can drive a man forward and ultimately serves as confidence boosts. The lifting journey has so much more behind it than making aesthetic gains.

Yeah that's a bad look. No grown woman should be picking up a man like that, especially since woman ooze over their girlish fantasies of getting picked up by a strong muscular man. 50 lbs of muscle I hope. There's a difference between NFL type of thick and cheeto dining keyboard warrior thick. The latter is obviously a no-no. Best of luck though

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
