A year is a very short amount of time. It takes at least 2-3 years of consistently hitting the gym and eating right to really see some gains. At your age, try getting your testosterone levels checked. Test boosters have ups and downs, do some research. But stay away from them if your diet is bad. The natty way takes time and stuff like test boosters or growth hormone is unnecessary unless you're looking to really get big. It's not for your average gym rat

Go see it, it's great. There's a couple things that may bug you but if they really do then quit being a little bitch because you won't be able to enjoy any movie. Honestly one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. The action, gore, and fight scenes on the road are awesome
