It’s gets better with time and you care less. I’m 37, I can do larger groups these days when I have to but I will always prefer more intimate interacting.

Man, I thought those video examples were pretty terrible. OP…flirting is: playfully insinuating that she is making moves on you sarcastically repeating back things she had said, especially if she is contradicting herself exaggerating things so that the conversation is not too serious answering serious questions without unserious answers teasing her (gently) about things that are not going to hurt her feelings in a serious way
