Changing reality is the key, not your reality. Develop yourself and change your place in reality. 1	Men Need a New Normal It is delusion because the essence of this is "fake it till you make it" which is a garbage statement. It isn't encouraging building yourself. It is implied but that isn't the focus. It works for some people because while they are telling themselves they are awesome, they do something to make themselves such. That is the key, not promoting a delusional mindset that can be harmful. 2	Men Need a New Normal This is the most infuriating thing I have heard. Not just in this regard but in general. The 'fake it till you make it' crap. This isn't remotely any new advice and it isn't any better now. This does nothing but cause an internal dissonance. If it doesn't 'work' for somebody you just go and say that you are close minded and don't believe it.
