She’s done. Let her go and focus on levelling up. Get yourself in incredible shape and find your purpose. Get 50% custody.. it’s actually great, when you’re with your kids give them 100% but more importantly find yourself in your alone time… focus on building great discipline, fitness, money, peace and adventure… you’ll be happier then you’ve ever been

If she reaches out to your ex, especially after 2 dates that’s a red flag. Cut her and move on

She’s gone, time to hit the gym, get your life back. It will be the hardest but at the same time you’ll feel more alive than you have in years

All women do it. Probably had it lined up before things finished. It’s how they are built. It doesn’t mean what you had meant nothing. She has just moved on in her mind long ago. It’s hard but you have to focus on yourself, not her. Hit the gym. Build your career/business. Start doing some of your old hobbies or find a new one. Focus on being a great dad if relevant. Look at what you have gained in freedom and time. Thinking about her will only drive you mad.

Initially women are happier but I’m not sure long term. Women have more options immediately for a rebound, men usually have to spend a lot of time rebuilding themselves. Women have a larger network of friends and the man usually loses a lot of friends as he probably joined her friendship network. They also have more money from the separation immediately even if a lower income earner. They also are more likely to have chosen to end the relationship so are better prepared emotionally and by the ti…

Ooooft could have written myself, exact same situation, I feel bad and have explained I just want casual which she agreed to but you can tell deep down she wants more… 🤔

She’s just a girl dude, there’s billions of them. Focus on you now, she just gave you your chance to be free. Don’t worry about women for a while. Focus on your health, your purpose and your wealth. Build extreme discipline. Go ghost, let that pain drive you to be better. Honestly the hobbies thing didn’t really do it for me. Men are made to do hard shit and sometimes pain is the best thing that could ever happen to you. Becoming a man, with muscles, wealth and purpose, that’s what changed my li…

Honestly if you play it right it could be the best thing that ever happened to you. Go ghost mode for a considerable period of time, focus on building incredible discipline. Find your purpose, your character, build your body and your wealth. Do it for yourself not for instagram, her or anyone else. You can never do this married, it’s something you can only do single, and really all men should do before getting married. It will set the rest of your life up.

Yeh my ex did the same thing and the relationship with her mum is now strained. I found it really hard talking to the in laws after, we were really close and you could tell they were gutted too. I miss them more than I miss her 🤣 it’s been one of the hardest parts for me

Definitely wait until the divorce is through and thy end putting place a trust to protect the kids. I also will be protecting the kids against any future partners as well.

The real question is does she show appreciation for the things you are doing? I’m guessing not because you wouldn’t be keeping score if she did

Honestly the best thing you can do is use this time to work on yourself. Build your purpose, hobbies and learn how to live without it. You will be better for it when you are eventually on your own. Probably not the answer you wanted but you’ll be better in the long run.

Make the other half of your life fucking great with stuff you can’t do parenting, it also sounds like you need some purpose beyond your kids. They will grow up one day, build your career, a business and a life outside of them.hobbies are great but you need purpose. then when you’re with them be a 100% parent which it seems like you have down.

I’m keeping mine, it’s part of my life, there’s great memories that I don’t want to forget even though it ended. It’s part of my story. That said, it may be tested if I get in another relationship but for now I’m keeping them

I think you need to do everything to save it before it’s too late. Start putting yourself first but also making time for her. You got this!

I now realise this is the complete opposite to what they actually want. You need to be firm and ensure you are still focused on your purpose but still treat her amazing. That’s what they really want and once you see it, you can’t unsee it!

Time to do the work, focus on your fitness, your emotional maturity, your finances, your career, kids if applicable and your purpose, this is your priority right now. Work on these and becoming the man you want to be and you’ll eventually attract women but don’t go chasing right away.

I’m on the exact same path as you and everything you speak of resonates!! My biggest regret is not holding my masculine frame during the marriage, I’ve found myself again and it’s just enlightening. Good on you and I hope there’s lot of other guys reading this and taking inspiration.

Since she left me I’ve done a lot of reflection. Could be a generalisation but of my friends, the best relationships are the ones where the men has held firm to himself. They prioritise their goals, stand firm in the direction of the family, their career, she follows. They treat their partner like a princess but also stand firm in what they want and need. I did the opposite, I simped, gave her all my time, it impacted my career and we lost direction. I caved to everything she wanted and stopped …

We really don’t have enough information; she might be horrible, he might not be a great husband. Probably a bit of both. It’s got nothing to do with the dick itself is what I’m trying to say

He needs to get to the underlying issue of why she’s being nasty. She has lost respect and admiration for him for some reason. He needs to work out why and fix it or move on. Don’t worry about the comment itself or his size. Women usually don’t care about that, if he becomes obsessed with that it will destroy him and the marriage. Women need to respect and look up to their man to be in love, right now she doesn’t so figure out why and fix it or end it. It’s got nothing do with his dick and is mo…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
