| 2 | "Equitable Distribution"I looked it up and the good news based on the calculations for IL I would owe zero CS and zero maintenance. That doesn't help me with my investment account but it is what it is. I feel like the men that truly get fleeced in divorce are the ones where the wife was a SAHM for 15-20+ years. I guess if I make sure my wife keeps working it somewhat protects me. | /r/Divorce_Men | 31/08/25 07:57 PM |
| 2 | "Equitable Distribution"Welp it seems like I have two options: 1) Keep growing my investment and become so filthy rich that even if I give her 50% it doesn't matter. 2) Grow her account for her so it becomes equivalent in value to mine. | /r/Divorce_Men | 31/08/25 04:28 PM |
