Totally agree. I barely make any posts but when I do, it's most likely about this. It's the only thing that works for me. Reading seddit or tactics all day won't mean shit if you won't go out, and if you're not able to approach directly, this is for you. I agree 100%. As you can see from my (very few) posts, if you're too afraid to approach directly, start off small, by just asking girls the time and stuff like that. When that becomes fine, up it a little, ask questions that require longer answers, compliment girls on anything cool and start talking about yourself. Why not just try exposure therapy too? Mindfulness is a great thing but there's no reason not to be taking manageable action every day, not waiting until you become Eckhart Tolle before deciding to approach.

Just do it is the only good advice. In a way, yes, but what "it" should be depends on the situation and person. For example, take someone that is totally afraid to make eye contact with a girl in public, telling him to "just approach" might sound good but it's probably not going to do much good because you're asking him to do something so outside what he believes he can do, most likely he won't do it.
