Yes, I changed my ways but it was before finding TRP (although RP improved a lot of thing). Im glad I have a passion for combat sports which is mainly the reason I was able to change, that too at a pretty early age (14). It was due to both of those reasons you mentioned. Although I wasnt that feminine but I was very much a 'beta' type of person

Not to be that guy and I know this is just a joke but, a lot of women are like this, but at the same time there are a lot of other women who arent in these stereotypes. We shouldnt really put people into stereotypes and such and rather concentrate on improving ourselves because thats what mgtow, I believe is about.
