That depends on the place. I said most places. Why are men attracted to super models and sluts? That’s obvious for a ONS. We’re not more attracted to them for LTRs, which is what we’re talking about rn. That also doesn’t answer my question. You said that women want a house, kids, etc. If that’s the reason for why money matters why are they more interested in millionaires? Also, if she's a millionaire's child and is a millionaire herself, why is it bad that she wants a guy that can also keep up w…

Partly, to get women. Also luxury is nice. But the person I responded to claimed women go after rich men because: How are going to buy a house without money? How are you going to be able to feed your kids without money? How are you going to handle family emergencies without money? She didn’t list luxury. But quite frankly, if anyone (man or woman) tries to marry into luxury instead of achieving that themselves, they’re just a golddigger.

Your anecdotal experience isn’t really an indication of anything. But in theory, there would be advantages to dating poor or middle class men vs rich men. People who are rich are higher in narcissistic tendencies, on average. But also higher in assertiveness, which is attractive to many women. But it doesn’t seem obvious at all that there’s no advantage to someone who isn’t rich. Rich people are often snobby so I don’t usually like talking to them. But it does depend on how high your personality…

That’s... what I said. No one completely lacks shallowness. I get that most people wouldn’t date someone obese or completely broke (although interestingly men will date broke women). But, even if she’s below average in the looks department I’d want a LTR with her if she’s actually an incredibly fun person to be around with character and depth. That’s what it means to put personality first. It doesn’t mean personality is ALL that matters, as hygiene and obesity are dealbreakers, but it is the pri…

It doesn’t feel good to be used for your money. If we’re talking LTRs and not just casual stuff, you want your partner to actually like you as a person. It hurts if they lie about that to get financial security. How are going to buy a house without money? How are you going to be able to feed your kids without money? How are you going to handle family emergencies without money? All of that can be done on a salary of 60k a year in most places. So why are women more attracted to millionaires? And i…

No one is perfect but I’d say something commonly seen done by the average dude - paying for drinks being a huge one - is a huge misstep that pretty much everyone who took anything from RP would know.

Realistically there’s a lot of black pill people here, most guys fuck. The average guy isn’t a virgin, we just don’t get strange constantly and go through occasional dry spells. I lived in a frat in the past, and average dudes, who get laid sometimes, would make huge RP mistakes like buying a girl drinks. Including me. Again, some stuff is intuitive. The “nice guys finish last” saying is well known. We all know that we should work out. But there’s also a lot of RP tips that the average guy isn’t…

this stuff was COMMON KNOWLEDGE to non-aspie guys with social experience Maybe back in the day, but the average bloke today isn’t aware of most of this stuff. I do agree some of it is intuitive, but we see average dudes make mistakes TRP warns about all the time.

He doesn’t really “advocate” for marriage, it rarely comes up. Plenty of Redpillers do talk about how they’ll eventually do LTRs and marriage if the woman is submissive and a bunch of other qualities. He mostly says that you should be married if you have kids. Jordan Peterson advocates for personal responsibility, self-improvement, and self-respect (so no simping). That’s pretty RP.

Because most women don't want to take care of a loser. If she’s a high earner, 6 figures, and he makes 50k, what’s wrong with that? You consider that guy a loser just cause he chose a career he likes and isn’t worried about making more than he needs? The fact you guys can't comprehend that most women don't want to take care of a man is hilarious. You seem to have forgotten literally everything we discussed up until this point. I know that women prefer being taken care of, in fact I’m not sure wh…

She also makes good money. If she already makes good money then why does it matter how much he makes? That’s not “status”. That’s money. The two go hand in hand in today’s society, and it’s often a requirement that the man makes more even if the woman makes 6 figures. More than enough to raise a family on. Yeah, gold diggers and groupies. Groupies are fans. They ADMIRE the celebrity. Gold diggers just want money. It’s not that black and white. Plenty of people aren’t “gold diggers” or “groupies…

Unless its STD status, no. Most people have better shit to do than care about your “status”. People care about their own status. Pretty much everyone to an extent. And a ton of women care about the status of their date. “Good job” or “makes good money” are often requirements. “Celebrity status” is something lots of people find attractive. And? And you’re wrong. You claimed being married had nothing to do with status. If someone’s solely marrying for “status and money”, that’s a gold digger. What…

then women don’t give two shits about status, from what you’re describing Almost everyone cares about status. That’s not status. That’s called “peer pressure”. “Married” is literally a status. I’m not saying peer pressure is status, I’m saying there is peer pressure to change your “single status” or “relationship status”.

Lol everyone treats unattractive people worse, there’s lots of studies indicating that. That includes women. Most of you “pillers” complain about the other gender but look the other way when your gender does that exact same thing (or something comparable). Whether it’s red, pink, FDS, etc

Marriage is an anchor... is that a better explanation? No, not at all. I don’t know why that label would help you feel stronger. Marriage, regardless of the divorce statistics, still represents extra stability It represents that but it isn’t. It would’ve generations ago, and used to be a popular belief, which is why I think you were subconsciously “programmed” in that way, for lack of a better term. Possible but I find that odd. It’s pretty self-explanatory. There’s pressure from family, friends on social media celebrating their marriages, etc. But you can’t just ignore something because you don’t understand it. Your response made 0 sense because you did that, it’s such a silly way to try to have a discussion.

I have. That's how we started the convo. The security isn’t there when you consider divorce. You haven’t given any other reasons. And you wanna argue with my feelings the same way I've spend years arguing with them. You wanna logic them away. Partly, yah. If someone is being illogical or unreasonable I’d try to explain that. But also because I really am trying to understand. Because I wouldn't marry a guy if I thought I'd divorce him and what other people do doesn't concern me. I'm not them. You…

You keep saying that you want marriage, but you haven’t explained why. I'm not talking in general. I'm answering personally. I've never been divorced. I know. But I don’t understand why you feel more secure in a marriage if divorce is common. Because there was no marriage. Yah. It’s a self-fulfilling prophecy. You said your reason for wanting marriage is to feel more secure, but you actively put less effort in and reduce the chances of a relationship working out without it. Do you understand how…

But it does. Okay... why? We know that divorce is prevalent, so why? Then I would have still been together with my ex-partner. No, you just said you consciously decided to give up on the relationship. It “not being enough without marriage” was a self-fulfilling prophecy. You chose not to put as much into the relationship, that’s why the relationship ended. You basically said “I won’t give it my all unless I’m married”, then said “without marriage my relationship wouldn’t last and I don’t feel se…

Because there’s no reason to bring the government into your relationship, it even costs extra money just to get papers and ordained. Uh, it’s very relevant. You listen your reasons for wanting to get married and they were “the knowledge that your partner wants to spend the rest of their lives with you and the mental stability that comes from that”. But if you trusted them then it would be enough. And, divorce is super common, so realistically marriage shouldn’t make you feel like you’re going to…

If it’s someone you trust (which should be a requirement for marriage), shouldn’t their word be enough? Especially considering that divorce is so common. Marriage is hardly a guarantee.

Okay, so why pay to have some guy say “do you take ___ as your...”. Or get the government involved. You can just grow old and die with someone you love without marrying them. I don’t see a point other than the money the woman will get during a divorce or the “status” of being a married person

It’s 9% as of 2019. When you take into account how many people choose fields where that isn’t feasible, it becomes a lot less daunting. If you just looked at people in STEM with, say, 10 years experience I’ll bet those numbers are in your favour. Obviously if you study history then you’ve got a much tougher road, but people who do that probably aren’t worried about earning potential.

Idk about that. I see certain “types” that aren’t conventionally attractive get a certain type of women. Like those skinny white guys with frog faces that are somehow called hot by teenaged girls lol. I see it all the time Also fat men is a type. Not like 500lbs obese but like the fat heavyweight fighter body type. Look up Mark Hunt. He’s straight up fat but you can see the strength underneath that. I knew 2 girls who were specifically into that. It’s okay to focus on the 80%, but some of them s…

If you want to focus on something else that’s fine of course, just saying if you’re looking for a date the Redpill stuff is useful but also over-simplifies things. You ever seen a girl and go “damn she’s ugly” and your friend is like “wtf no she’s hot”? It’s legit just a numbers game. Hot vs ugly 1/10 vs 1/100 will be successful cold approach, but at the end of the day it’s still just numbers. Looks have a subjective component where someone’s gonna be into it. Even fat women have chubby chasers …

Hey just remember the TRP stuff generalizes a lot. There’s also subjective standards and it’s a numbers game. Plus, women are attracted to things like confidence and humour not just looks. I had a roommate who imo was straight up ugly but he got laid a decent amount cause he was confident and fun. So you don’t just have to get rich. It’s a numbers game and if you approach enough it’ll be fine. Just do the basics like workout, good haircut, etc.

But not comedians, or musicians. And even the rich old guys get some without giving anything up, cause the money and power itself are attractive

You’d be surprised at how many average guys struggle with women. I mean, when I stumbled upon it I had 3 past gfs and 4 sexual partners total. That means months long dry spells occurred. Mostly because I didn’t have the courage to approach, and they helped with that. The manipulation stuff I ditched quickly though, that’s why I’m here kind of in the middle. It helped me with things like taking responsibility, having courage, faking confidence even when I wasn’t at first, etc. Unfortunately there…

Not with hot guys. But the point is an ugly guy, if he does other things, can do ONS and LTRs. With ugly women there’s pretty much nothing they can do.

Ugly celebrities and rich men can get one night stands. Some people are ugly musicians, or ugly comedians and get hot chicks cause talent is attractive. Not the same for ugly women.

Yah I mean... where on TRP does it say you explicitly state your preferences and what you want in a woman before even having a date? This guys just severely autistic
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/21 10:47 PM

It hurts them severely when it comes to LTRs. In fact, even worse than short men. Men with money and status can look like shit and get laid, have an LTR, all of it. Men don’t look at rich or famous women on TV who are ugly and go “yah I’d bang”. Those women will struggle way more to find an LTR.

Lol he probably doesn’t personally know felons or the women who want them. You’ve never heard about Manson getting lots of love letters? I saw a documentary about how murderers and stuff have women visit them, send them mail, and sometime marry them. It’s more of a fetish thing though, I doubt most women would be turned on by serial killers

I’m a little confused. One of your studies was from 2009 and cited an 11% divorce rate overall? Has it really raised that much? The other one done in 2020 only saw a 6% increase. Which, considering the many other reasons people get divorced and the overall split when it comes to divorce initiation, isn’t that damning at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/21 05:59 AM

Is that actually a statistical fact? And if so how does it compare to situations where men who get cancer are divorced? 80% of divorce proceedings are started by women, so I have doubts about that.

Most girls don’t have a hard cut-off either, they just want to be “a few inches shorter”, and feel somewhat smaller. If a girls 5’10 or 5’11 then yah it would take 6 feet to do that, so it’s a good estimate as to what height would be okay for them. Ive never seen a girl who’s 5’2 only date guys 6 feet tall and up.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/04/21 01:17 PM

On Tinder someone’s face is the first thing that’s judged, but it’s on full display so there’s no need to ask. I’ve never been asked what my exact height is irl when people can just look at me either. Height is one of the few physical features that can be hard to tell in photos. Guys are just as shallow but we can just eyeball tit size or weight from a photo. And if a girl does that does that angle fat girls do we all say “just swipe left on those it’s fat girl angle”.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/04/21 12:37 PM

Yes. But when it’s height and not facial structure everyone’s upset that people have a preference? Wtf?

No one gets to choose whether they have a pretty face either, and most guys still want that from someone they date.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/04/21 11:44 AM

People on Reddit also think Donald Trump is worse than Hitler and anyone who tells an offensive joke is part of the KKK. Most women I meet irl actually do pay for half the date and aren’t super anal about height (basically just say they want to be shorter by a couple inches).

This is such an overreaction to Twitter screenshots. I watch several white Youtubers (I’m not white) and in their comments no one is like “hurr durr why your skin so light tho”.
