Because your points are at odds with each other. The point is about capacity. 1	Denied. It has nothing to do with race or gender and bringing it up is pointless. That person shoved someone- in response, the other person picked them up and slammed their head into the ground. Its to do with application of reasonable force. The entry test has always been quite low, they do a longer basic training now with a pre conditioning program that goes for longer. If you have a short basic training, you need to arrive fitter. Theyre basically saying "get them in the gate, we'll deal with it later".
