Where I work it's about 90% women. I can say without a doubt women make better nurses and secretaries but they are horrible managers and care only about themselves and their titles.

Why do feel people are thinking that way? Maybe it's the way you're handling it. Are you having conversations with these kids? That would be weird. It's why I always acknowledge the parent first, make eye contact before looking or talking to their children.
