While, I agree with you on this issues with male rape victims. I will be ending this conversation here due to- You got raped by two different clinics? Wording poor. :-) While, you may not mean it to come off the way it does, I don't appreciate the almost mocking tone you give off that revolves my own severe trauma. And no, my pregnancy that was resulted by rape was confirmed by two different clinics. You knew what I meant and decided to instead be mocking about it, which I do no appreciate. I am…

Women were the main driving force behind the temperance movement (which started in the 1800's), they did a lot of protesting, yes. Mainly because at the time women were still second class citizens with people holding the ideals that women should stay home and raise children. With that, many women saw it as a responsibility to try and get their families to stop drinking as, due to the Christian perspective, alcohol was the leading cause for abuse, homelessness, and job loss. It was even stated by…

I can't even count how many headlines I have seen that say along the lines of the, 'Female teacher seduced underaged male student". There was even a story about how the woman got off with less of a punishment because the judge stated they he could tell that she, 'Cared for his wellbeing and it was originally well intended" and that he didn't find her to be a sexual predator. There was another one I heard about where the teacher got leniency because the judge could tell that they really loved eac…

I don't believe that they were meaning that men don't suffer. I think they were more referring to how the majority of pregnancy physically, emotionally and mentally effects one party. As, men are still effected by pregnancy, just not in the same way as women as for men it's more on the emotional scale then anything. That said the pregnancy is in a healthy relationship and was wanted. Anything else is really induvial interpretation. No matter what, women will still suffer on a greater scale when …

May I ask what your exceptions are to Pro-life? I.e. rape, incest, medical emergency. Or are you blanket, no fetal death unless it's completely out of the control of medical professions, again, i.e. miscarriges, still-birth or infant is incompatible for life (Meaning that they have a fatal deformity or illness that takes them soon after birth)?

Not the person you asked for, but, the Prohibition of the 1920's is a pretty good example.

I could see that. Especially if the parent had informed of the pregnancy and their plans, but then randomly disappeared and no one could find them, including going to authorities. Yes. I could see that.

If you read my other replies, you will see that I state that I believe it is wrong for teens to be held liable for statutory rape. Rape of anyone is wrong and vile, it doesn't matter age, gender or creed. Rape is wrong. And yes, that is my default position as if you go through my post history, that is my reality as I was repeated raped and basically kept hostage as I was not allowed to leave or have a job at the fear of being raped again as punishment and controlled. My pregnancy was confirmed t…

And I fully agree. I think it's completely unfair for a woman to hide a birth of a child without a good reason, then demand support. I agree. My daughter's biological father has no idea that she is alive, but that is only for our safety as he was keep me basically in a hostage situation. I was unable to leave or have a job, almost every aspect being controlled by him while he continuously raped me, sometimes multiple times a day. It would happen even though I would try and physically get him off…

Understandable. That's really all I wanted to know. I agree, though, that a Father should have a right to know about their child and have the ability to opt out if they don't wish to be there. Just as a woman has a choice to terminate a pregnancy or keep a child that the father doesn't want. The main reason why I asked was because that situation is mine and wanted to know your opinion. One thing I do want to add, though. Is the amount of false accusations of rape fall way under then actual rape …

What about if the baby was conceived through rape by the biological father? Does he have a right to know then? Or do you think in this situation that it's better for the biological father to stay in the dark for the protection of both the biological mother and child?

May I ask, what do you think of a woman who does hide the Childs birth from the other parent?

Okay. So what about victims of rape?

As a woman, I can easily say that, yes, a lot of women would be happy with a Manbot. It could be therapeutic for rape and domestic violence (such as myself) to be able to trust in a household companion that they KNOW will not hurt them because they won't have the ability too. It would be perfect for single mothers. Giving them the ability to work more to provide for her child/ren without having to put them in daycare. It would also give them the ability to do adult things without worrying and be…

Or, just maybe, a true value of a person is the goals and abilities they set for themselves that has nothing to do with rearing or having children? It's like saying the true value of a man for is being able to ejaculate and to give me a child. But by doing that, it takes away a persons individualism and creates them more like objects. That the only value this person has is a biological function rather then the value of the person they truly are. People are not objects. Our value as a human is mo…

Do you really think that women won't do the same in reverse? That they will ONLY make 'fembots' and leave out an entire market that they could be selling to? And even if they did, that someone else wouldn't pick up the idea and make 'menbots' to reach that untapped market for both straight women and gay men? You are delusional to think that in the business world that they try and reach one demographic and ignore others that could be insanely popular.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
