One sided, yes. Sexist...I'm not so sure. Granted it lacks a lot of information, but it presents a message to a target audience (albeit a target that could be broader). It would be another story if the poster claimed that ONLY women were assaulted. It just doesn't present all of the facts.

apologies, I meant to cite that case as a way of showing that a woman who has sex with someone incapable of correctly making an informed decision is not held accountable, and only the man, who has a diminished capacity for reasoning, is convicted.

The law doesn't take decision-making capability into account. Statutory rape and bestiality are strict liability crimes: if they happen, you are guilty. But, case history shows that where a mentally disabled person is tricked by a minor, the only one liable is the mentally handicapped person, who arguably lacks the decision-making ability to convict the crime, especially when tricked by the "victim."
