Settling for "average" is pretty contradictory. You should strive for 4-5 days of working out so that if you fall short, it isn't a big deal. 1	What is the best place on the east coast of the US to meet college-aged women over the summer? Like you said, I heard OC, MD is a good choice. From experience in living in NJ, there are two main recommendations I have but obviously you will fare better if you go down with a wingman rather than alone: Belmar, NJ (shoretown that's less sleazy than seaside but still filled with college aged people over the summer who rent out houses there).
