I like this version of the BBB 5/3/1 program: https://jimwendler.com/blogs/jimwendler-com/boring-but-big-3-month-challenge The 5x10 sets would definitely help you with the volume you're missing. If you're looking for more of a body building routine, my go-to is this version of Layne Norton's PHAT routine (http://www.directlyfitness.com/store/p-h-a-t-training-layne-nortons-workout-system/). If you're just looking for chest growth, take some of the movements & set/rep schemes from the chest & arm'…

I'm starting my 6th year with a Big4. What questions do you have specifically because it'll depend on what service line you're trying to enter.

Speaking from experience, it took about 3 - 6 months for me to start seeing actual results from TRT (increase in fat loss, increase in muscle gain, increase in libido, etc.). But with TRT, you could technically schedule your PUA around your weekly injections. I receive my dose on Friday's and my doctor has recommended that I move my heavy lifting days to Saturday & Sunday as those would be my highest T days, not Fridays. I don't recommend trying to get on TRT just to potentially improve your PUA…

Sometimes you don't have that luxury to wait. I was 28 when my Free T levels dropped to that of a 70 year man. The best thing I ever did was realize something was wrong with me along with taking action to correct it the best way that I could.

From what my nurse has told me, if you decide to come off of the T injections they recommend you continue the HCG for a few more weeks. The purpose of HCG during treatment is to 'trick' your body into continuing to produce your natural T. So when you do decide to stop, if you've been on HCG, your levels will go back to that of when you started treatment.

I'm coming up on being on TRT for 1 year now and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made in terms of improving my quality of life. When I was first tested, my total T was around 260ish and my free T was around 48 pg/ml and this was at age 28. Now my total T is around 600 and my free T is around 200 pg/ml. I agree that a urologist won't be able to help you much. If you decide to go to the Low T Center then they should be covering all of the potential risks and the benefits with you. Yes, th…

I hope your cousin is able to get you in. Manhattan is the best city to start in for financial services. I wanted to pursue a CFP back when I graduated but I ended up in IT work so it wouldn't benefit me today. CFP is a big time investment, not as much as the CFA, but the pay off is definitely worth it.

I'm only 29 but I have a CPA and work for a Big 4 firm so I can offer you some advice on this. I took a different route to end up here, but as long as you study and do well your first two years of school, it should be easy for you to land an internship at a Big 4. Once you get the internship, as long as you perform well, you're usually invited back for another internship during your senior year. This usually leads to a full-time offer, even if you were to only do 1 internship during your senior …

If your doctor put you on an androgel-like product, you should also ask them to put you on Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) injections and an aromatase inhibitor (e.g. Anastrozole). The HCG will keep your body producing its own, although low levels, testosterone which will keep your balls from shrinking. The aromatase inhibitor will keep you from getting gynecomastia (bitch tits); the first sign of gynecomastia is sensitivity in the nipples. I've been doing TRT for almost a year now and my cli…

Studying for & taking the CPA was part of my personal development since, at the time, I needed it for my career. Building your career should be part of your personal development, so take it seriously. If I recall, I studied for 2 - 3 hours per day for a month & a half before each exam (for FAR, I'd give myself some more time due to the amount of content for that exam). Set a schedule, get into a routine, and commit to passing each exam the first time.

Migos drop a lot of RP in their songs too; One Time, Fight Night, Can't Go Out Sad. Give those a listen.

I go to a men's health clinic specifically setup for TRT / nutrition / fitness. They advocate not only monitoring your test levels but proper nutrition & heavy lifting. It's not run by endos, so they aren't as conservative when setting up a TRT regimens for their patients.

That's 210 pg/ml. I essentially went from the levels of a 70 year old male back to a 20 year old male. I receive a 160 mg/wk Cyp injection along with 2 500IU HCG injections and 3 .5 mg Anastrozole. Full lab work is performed every 3-6 months to assess if dosages need to be adjusted as well as monitor estradiol, hemoglobin, etc.

Have to agree with this post. I decided to go the TRT route, and while it may be a life-long thing for me, it was definitely worth it. My Free T went from 48 to 210 in about 4 months and I can definitely notice a difference in energy levels, muscle growth, fat loss, and just my overall mentality.
