She was set for a $3000 bond.”🙄 Not surprised they drop the first-degree murder charge, premeditation is not something that jumps to mind when I heard this because I generally assume it's some sort of domestic situation that spiraled. I am very surprised it went down to an aggravated battery. This sounds like either a manslaughter or second-degree murder depending on how your state defines crime of passion. 0	Do not watch this if you're a feminist. Yes you caused it, but gives a lawyer some leeway to argue about how excessive the force was. In no way should Mixon ave hit her that hard, or at all.
