The difference here is that the solution presented to the problem of workplace sexual coercion is gender neutral, whole the solution TRP presents to the (using the term generously) problem of modern dating inequalities is to remove the rights of women and women alone. It takes two to tango, does it not? Banning relationships between employees with a power differential restricts sexual choices of everybody.
