This may seem silly, but I find that reading older books such as those written by Austen and the Brontë sisters helped me tackle this issue immensely. The women in them have a rather traditional way of carrying themselves/speaking, and immersing myself in books with those undertones has helped a ton in reflecting on how I carry myself and speak to others. Not only are the stories lovely, but they offer lots of room for self reflection. :)
