Being a "7" is notably above average. I don't see that much men I would consider notably above average...so saying most men could be above average doesn't really make sense.

People often confuse the cause and its consequence though. Hot guys are confident with women as a result of their positive interactions with them (because we react in a certain way towards them). Confidence is almost always a consequence of being good or superior at something or possessing superior attributes. Tiger Woods is (I'm guessing) relatively confident in his golf skills because he is actually good at golf. His confidence is merely a result of that, not the cause. A poor player could hav…

Again, funny how attractive people expect unattractive people to enjoy intimacy the same way, then. People usually mate assortatively. And people who do mate assortatively probably expect others to do the same, so I think it's understandable that they're puzzled by someone who doesn't yet understand how this works.

Likewise if she can get a 8+ then she's not a 5 is she? Basically what you can get is your sexual demography.

Most JAWCELS are too busy COPING to realize IT's OVER. They know that CHAD with his CHADLY JAW and STACEY rule this world, BOYOS. Yet the NORMIES aka FAKECELS are too busy telling TRUCELS and... lol I'm sorry I can't finish this it's too absurd, seriously is this what incels do all day?

Just goes to prove that men can't even recognized a good looking guy when they see one. So when they say we don't care for look, what does it prove? They can't even tell the difference between a good looking guy from an ugly one.

Models will pretty much date other models, actors, famous musician, high level athletes, rich business guys (producers etc) billionaires maybe the odd ones will date a politician etc basically other famous people and or jetsetters, but they're not dating Joe Random. They're not prerejecting themselves since they're not in the same demographic in the first place.

This whole "men care mostly about looks" (implying that women as a rule are fundamentally different), "women value personality more", "women are more flexible when it comes to looks" etc. pp. is something that's shouted from the rooftops. It's something you'll find in articles, journals, blogposts, feminist whines etc. The disparity I think is in large part caused by a lack of detailed explanation. Women do give less importance to looks than men do...for long term commitment. For short term stuf…

Lying to your friends is cold-hearted. A lot of males seem to have trouble handling the truth when it comes to their sexual (or lack thereof) desirability. So, tell a lie like OP to spare his feeling is considered cold-heated but telling the truth is also considered cold-hearted...:/ Like I said I don't have any guyfriends that are ugly so I don't have to deal with this.

I think you basically gave the answer: you didn't want to hurt their feelings (as women, we tend to be more conflict avoidant too). While I don't have any ugly guyfriends, so it's not something I had to say, but if I knew some ugly well it's possibly what I would say. It's not something that I would ever say to a guy who's actually good looking. That would be like saying to a guy you found attractive you think of him as a brother lol the guy would just hear that as a rejection and move on. Basic…

Toxic masculinity is related to masculinity, but those terms aren't interchangeable even though some people that can't grasp any kind of nuance always think that "toxic masculinity" means "masculinity is toxic" and that this is all merely an attack on all of masculinity instead of them trying to help some men. Yep. The two are often confused. Both toxic masculinity and endemic toxic fragility are problematic but masculinity is not a problem in itself.

First guy I dated around 16. Was not attracted at all. Fortunately we didn't do it. When I started to date a guy I was really attracted to (he was super good looking) I thought "Oh. So dating/intimacy is actually nice. Huh."

I think it's a good alternative to prostitution where there can be exploited and/or trafficked women. Plus it can help less attractive men have a sexual life that doesn't involve coercion or forcing women to be with men they don't want/not attracted to so yep, women aren't hurt in the process so nothing wrong with them imo.

So what do you say to someone who's improved themselves but their physical limitations prevent romantic success? Plenty of disabled, mentally ill/NT, short, and minority guys will struggle regardless what they do. Silly little Pajeet could workout till he's shredded, dress up with better clothes, sexualize himself as best he could, become more social and join friend groups, engage better interests, and better his career, but if he's 5'4" with a small penis, I highly doubt a large number of women…

I have seen countless posts and comments over the years, some as recent as yesterday, suggesting that we force/train women to be attracted to and date less-than-average men. But you see women are "uber picky princesses"...if we just trained them then the average joe blow could, also, be considered attractive...we just have to unprogram females of their aversion of ugly unattractive men and then they would discover what they've been missing all this time and what awesome guys hide behind that gro…

LOL no they don't. Lol yes they do. Perhaps not to the same extend on average but they do. Maybe they're just not approaching you, though? And it would change things massively if women did approach. It wouldn't. The numbers or percentage of men they think are hot would be the same. Women wouldn't suddenly be attracted to ugly losers guys or anything. I theorize that if women were to approach at the same frequency men do, their rating would be more of a bell curve, rather than uber picky princess…

If you sit around waiting for the world to change and for women to approach men Women already approach. Also, it wouldn't change anything even if they approached men more. Those incels would then complain and whine that women don't approach them. So it wouldn't really change anything; they'd still be losers and find something to complain about and blame their problem on instead of admitting they're the problem.

Because let's face it, the redpill and the black are only okay with being offensive, until someone's offensive back. Yup. It's highly hypocritical. The main failing of incels is because they blame everything on women instead of taking a good hard long look at themselves and acknowledging the problem is them.

Some of the biggest, most receded chins ugly losers I seen managed to somehow find a mate, OP. Heck, you say ugly guys have no chance but their own parents managed to produce something, obviously. So that kind of disprove your whole argument.

I think a large part of the issue -in addition as you said, them punching above their league, is probably the belief that they're somehow special: they're the main character in a story, and since they're the protagonist, well, they don't understand why every (from their pov) secondary characters do not gravitate towards them. tl;dr They believed their mom.

Interesting. Though given the Marxist nature of many of these groups, it'd make more sense for them to want a unified/united (if perhaps mono-cultural) society in which there's no class division. Some kind of big, singular culture with only one language, religion etc iow. It seems a group working toward that end would actually be for "cultural appropriation".
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/17 04:07 PM

Nothing. People will continue to date and mate within their peer-group (economical, mate value, sexual desirability, hotness/lack of etc) as they have always done. Incels losers will continue to be entitled and think the universe owns them anything while not understanding any women can sense they radiate hatred towards women and wondering why they're getting rejected.

Men having kids with ugly unfeminine women could be seen as bad for the species. Women having kids with financially unsuccessful unmasculine men could be seen as bad for the species. lol You seem to think shit genes don't get passed on from the male side, only shit resource. Men who can't get enthusiastic sex for free from a willing partner (and not someone who just tolerate/fake tolerating you because of economical constraints) are usually losers. Not interested personally in any of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/17 04:07 PM
1

Sexual losers tend to favor these type of things, understandably so. As equity would favor them, even though it would be a net loss for women as it would lessen their ability to accept (or reject) potential sexual partners and thus diminish their sexual agency, effectively making things like in the past.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/17 04:22 PM

I disagree. It's precisely because of our nature and because sex and sexual selection is so important in our lives that the term make sense: It's a coping mechanism for genetically unattractive folks (used mostly by men tbh). Without said coping mechanism, I assume there wouldn't be much reasons to go on living for many of these guys. Another function the term may have (from an evolutionary pov) is to try to shame or guilt others into liking them. Ex: when short men complain that women are shall…

more jaw isn't always better, according to you. Well yeah. man with macrognathia example. Like with anything there's an ideal range. Once you significantly go over that, it starts being unattractive again. Imagine a man 7'10" Not a whole lot of women are attracted to a man that tall.

Don't worry about it, it's not something you'll ever see anyway, much less experience. In your situation, I'd try to concentrate finding a nice girl around your level (keep your expectations in check) and not worry what some mega rich guy in some private party with models do or how they met people.

The main mistake trp makes is thinking women are primarily attracted to behavior (and douchy behavior at that). This is simply untrue but they cling to the notion because I guess it's easier to cope then and cling to the notion they can become attractive. The thing is, they can't. Most of what makes a guy sexually attractive (height, build, prenatal male hormone exposure indicators that affects the face etc heck even youth to a certain extend -young attractive females aren't into 40/50+ gross ol…

Doesn't really matter, truthfully. If you're attractive you'll have no trouble attracting no matter what. Likewise, if you're a short, dweeby, unmasculine, ugly loser dude whatever you identify as won't change anything, really. If lesbians have the lowest, gays have the highest, and straight relationships are in the middle, Occam's Razor would be that women's attraction and desire is weaker than men's. Why would straight relationships be in the middle of sexual frequency if they mostly engage in PIV sex (which, by your argument is commonly defined as sex), as opposed to equal frequency to gay men's. I'm saying they have as much physical intimacy but what they have do is simply not considered 'sex' because of what we de…

Is that also why lesbian relationships have the lowest rates of sex, while gay relationships have the highest? When you live in a world that defines sex as "penis in vagina/penis in something" well, yeah it's not too surprising that lesbians have the "lowest rates of sex" while gay men would have the highest. As for highest rates of breakup among lesbians: Maybe it is? Again, women are less willing to tolerate shitty RLs, that also goes for lesbians. And if there are two women...well, that's two…

Women as a whole are capable and strong but have been historically oppressed and subjugated. I don't know what's contradictory about that. Or are you saying every people who have -for example, been reduced to slavery in the past were so because they were weak? As for STEM fields such as programming; the reason we don't see many women in those fields is because of the toxic environment. also remember that women built the entire field: programming used to be considered a woman's job. http://www.sm…

Does anyone see sex with someone you don't love like masturbating with another's body? It's like it lacks 'soul' or true 'passion' or 'heart'. Sex with someone you love is much better than with someone you don't love, but sex with someone you're only attracted on a physical level is much better than masturbation imo. So it's: Sex with love > sex with someone hot you're not necessarily in love with > masturbation >>> sex with someone you're not attracted to.

I agree. It just comes down to the fact females can't have a lot of children compared to males. If for some weird biological reasons the situation were reversed, I'm sure males would be the selector.

Low-quality men do whatever they do and that has nothing to do with the rest of us. It is immoral to teach young ignorant people that there is any broader cultural blame attaching to "men" as a group. You agree that there are more low quality males though. Part of this anti-male social attitude is just based on the fact that there are more shitty men all around. I don't think it's immoral for women to be cautious of males, it's just basic risk minimization.

While it's true that the average male is biologically less valuable than the average female and that there are more low quality males, high quality males are also more successful (can usually make more money can sire more children etc) -both socially and biologically, than successful females. If I see a cute guy and we both make eye contact I might but otherwise, no. Unfortunately, too many men interpret a friendly, social smile as a sign of interest.

Well, try this: Approach... say, 50, different women (only ask for disgusting sex act once, gets rejected, "have a nice day" walk away) and see if not 1 of those women doesn't think it's harassment...Harassment does not always has to be a repeated pattern, nor is it a legal prerequisite. Sexual harassment - No mention that it has to be of a repeated nature for it to meet the legal definition. Only some autistic guys otherwise.

lol Who the hell believes all RLs begin with harassment? Anyway, it's mostly losers and/or autistic sperglords that bothers random women in the streets like pests. Most people meet through work, school, shared acquaintances etc.

He simply refuses to see that his attitude is the problem and that his shitty world views are the issue, not women. Also keep in mind that women can sense when someone is a crap person and that definitely will affect how they will react and act towards you. That can also influence how they view you physically. But I guess it's easier to blame women (ohhh...how easy it is...) than to take responsibility. Here's something to think about op, with all these interactions with women guess what's the o…

I don't hate women for me being born ugly though. It seems that you hate or resent them for not being attracted to you (something they have no control over) because you're ugly. Might as well come out and say you do hate them. I don't blame them for not dating me but it's the fact that women seem to think that I'm too ugly for basic human decency that gets my goat and makes me actively dislike them. No one is denying you anything because no one owes anyone attraction, or an hello for that matter…

You admit being a misogynist and have an extremely low opinion of women... so why do you even care that women don't like you and are repulsed by you (we do often tend to be repulsed by misogynists)? It seems like the person you actually hate is yourself for being sexually repulsive to women on a genetic level. It's okay to dislike having been dealt a crappy hand but no it's not acceptable to hate an entire group (like women, gays, Jews etc) like that. Women are not responsible for your being bor…

Yep. No amount of "mindset" or whatever they'll call it will make me attracted to someone who's lacking in height or general body frame or to someone with an underdeveloped lower jaw and facial masculinity and things like that. Some of the guys in their early twenties I see... I'd honestly go for a cute girl rather than whatever these chromosomal-ambiguous dweebs are, honestly...

Ha. I guess they gotta keep that cognitive dissonance going. Wouldn't want to admit that most of them don't have what it takes to attract women on a physical, instinctual level now, would you?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/17 09:23 PM

Yep. You might as well ask over at incels. These men are not anywhere near representative of the general population and most are the chronically often congenital sexual losers. Not exactly a good population sample.

Edit: forgot to say, I'd much rather bone someone younger . No doubt about that. That's what it means , and it isn't rocket science. It's funny that men think that women would suddenly find them more attractive when they're older though. Like, we want to mate with mates that are still relatively young and healthy. An older woman for example that used a donor would probably find the healthiest donors' range around 25.

It's more that we're not really interested in the rich, vibrant, emotional lives that men that repulse or creep us out may (or may not) have. Keep it to yourself, champ. Women definitely are concerned by the emotions of men in their lives, however.

Not really, no. Prostitute/strippers/call girls etc are repulsed by most of their clients and usually have nothing but contempt for them. There's an argument to be made for the legalization of these things but don't kid yourself: usually, women don't enjoy the attention of repulsive/unattractive men.

Omg, this. This has been my observation too, but it's good to have empirical data to show this is true. But yes, I think it makes that low-reproductive worth (i.e: losers) would exhibit the more resentment/hostility and general negative dispositions towards women.

Well, in itself it certainly wouldn't be enough to make me attracted to someone. I don't need a guy with a super deep voice (though I'm turned off by weak, feminine sounding male voices) but I did noticed goop looking guys tend to have a clearer, less nasal, nicer sounding voice though. I think studies have shown there's a correlation between the two. Might be related to general developmental stability or something about hormonal exposures.

Having "a crush" usually suggest you don't know the person or at least that you've never had a RL with them. I think if you're getting infatuated to the point of obsession with the person you don't even know or never been with (and no, you're not in love with them but with the fantasy you've constructed in your head) then that's probably the issue you should work with in the first place, possibly in therapy. I am asking because someone here acted like this is somehow an evil idea, equivalence to Nazism and that it's basically "eugenics". Creepy is not the same as unattractive/physically undesirable. Think about it this way: while a lot of creepy guys do tend to be unattractive, not all unattractive guys are creepy. Creepiness comes from crossing boundaries and ignoring body language. Ignoring the fact she hasn't signal to you that she wants you to approach her. It's only then that it falls into creepy territory. And yes: obviously if a guy is really good looking there's a much better chance she wants him to approach her (well, t…

And rich women cheat with the pool boy and gardener. That's not really the same though. Men will often cheat with less attractive women. In simple biological terms, they want to mate with as much fertile females as possible. Women almost always cheat with someone with better reproductive mating material. The pool boy in your example has less resource and status but he's also genetically healthier. For women, the relative high costs of reproductive investment is so that it's almost always a trade…

Not only would men benefit from the truth. Women also would benefit from there being more attractive guys. Like a lot of stuff related to social cohesion, telling the truth is not always best in every circumstances. Might as well say to some guys they can't be attractive based on their genetics.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/17 09:19 PM

Nothing. The likelihood of an attractive 18-20 year old girl to be interested in a 30-45 year old is just really, really low. Young girls in the peak of their sexual prime tend to want guys who are in the peak of their physical/sexual prime too. We really haven't evolved to find old opposite sex members to be attractive. Most 18 year old girls would probably be creeped out even by the idea of being with a 45 year old man.

Women don't fuck genes -- they fuck the guy in front of them. But we do tend to be attracted to traits that signal good genes. A nicer haircut or putting on a bit of muscles (it's more about the basic frame or underlying bones structure anyway) as you said won't turn an unattractive guy into an attractive one.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/17 07:57 PM
1

That's far from true for most men, though. If most men get down to a healthy weight, get a tan, get a good haircut, put on a little muscle, take care of their teeth, learn how to smile and be entertaining in social situations, etc., they'll do fine. They're far from hopeless. That won't make their genes any more desirable though, remember that as far as reproductive imperatives are concerned (especially female reproductive imperatives) non genetic/acquired characteristics have little to no value…

you're going deep into men having multiple harems by virtue of women creating harems of men who already have their own harems. Yo dawg I herd u liek harems so we put harems into ur harems to go into ur women-created harems. More seriously, it's not that we actually like to share a high sexual worth male, but it's usually a slightly less crappy situation for a lot of women than having an unattractive male to themselves.

Just look at some high status males; actors that have been caught cheating with low class prostitutes (even less attractive than their partners) Hugh Grant being a famous example: Guy was with Elizabeth Hurley, could have chosen any women he wanted and still went for the cheap hooker. You summed it well, that's pretty much how it goes usually and this distinction between short vs long term is often the source of misunderstanding between people who are arguing women are pickier on looks vs people who say men are. Women are pickier when it comes to short term (due to much more biological investment/costs) men are pickier for long terms relationships.

I think it's a fear of female sexual autonomy, to be precise. There's few things that people hate more than that which threatens their genetic interests. Women and men's sexual interest are often in conflict; most men want to mate with as many fertile females as possible, most females want to mate with the fittest, most genetically superior male. Obviously the two cannot occur at the same time. So men have tried -and succeeded to a large extend, to limit the sexual autonomy of women; forced marr…

Typical frustrated guy response who's got no problem being hypocritical. Again, would you hook up with a hotter girl if you could? Yes? Then you don't have the moral high ground in any way over plain and/or ugly girls.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/17 06:49 PM

Well, good for them, that means these hot guys are within their SMV. If you could hook up with girls higher in sexual attractiveness than yourself, would you do it? Of course you would. So I don't get how it's an issue if plain girls can screw hot guys. Like I said, everyone will try to hook up the hottest person they can get.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/17 06:24 PM

I think it's just that a lot of genetically good looking guys tend to be more confident, assertive, cocky/arrogant etc (because they had positive reinforcement of their sex appeal to females throughout their earlier years) and for some silly, ungodly reason, that got somehow misinterpreted as "women like bad boys". Correlation vs causality and all that.

Hot girls? Sure. Why wouldn't they? They're hot, they're going to fuck the hottest guys they can. This is true for everybody anyway: Everyone wants to fuck and is fucking the hottest mate they can get. It's simply human nature.

For the people at the bottom of the hierarchy sexual success translates into getting settled for by a woman who's not attracted to you. That goes back to the idea that alpha/chad-envy: mature but not particularly-attractive-people (men AND women) will simply accept the fact that 1) they probably won't get a super attractive partner and 2) their partner won't necessarily think of them as super attractive either. I thought one of the core points of TRP was to give average men the leverage they needed to pump up their numbers If that's the aim of TRP, it doesn't make much sense. That's effectively like saying you can teach more men to be in the top (for example as it is an often cited number by TRP) 20%. Except you can only have 20% of men in the top 20% so the whole premise is nonsense anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/17 12:27 AM

Yep, basically this. If it's okay for someone to make the other person uncomfortable, to ignore her lack of desire to interact with you, making her feel unsafe, etc. it's also okay for her to tell you off, tell you what a creep you are, inform others people and/or structures (HR etc). Basically, if the argument is being a creep is not illegal (which I agree it's not) then neither is "creep shaming" or any of those things.

My only issue with MGTOW is most mgtowers seem more concerned about talking about their dislike of women than, you know, going their own way. That being said IF however, a man genuinely wants to go his own way (and not just an excuse to talk trash about women) -knowing that this is often the kind of guy who wasn't necessarily going to be very popular with women, and he feels like it's the best way for him to go from now on. In that sense it's both a win for him and women in general. I'd say Just…

No. I'm a bit oblivious to it a lot of times. Though tons of guys do it all too often it seems. Which sucked since that prevents a lot of women from being friendly towards men they're not attracted and they develop that apparent cold persona. But it wouldn't happen as often if a lot of men didn't interpret every single platonic interaction as signs of interest.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/17 02:00 PM
4

Well for one, an interaction that both parties want to take a part of tend to be much more enjoyable than if one person just ignores the non interest of the other person. That's just how people are.

There's no conspiracy of course. That's not to say that no woman has ever lied to anyone about her preferences and attraction triggers. Some do in certain social occurrences (especially when in the presence of not-particularly-attractive men) just to avoid the drama and/or potential tantrums that could follow.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/17 07:35 AM
7

Most of the time, it's because he's ignoring her visible non-interest. This is what is making her uneasy or "creeped out". The fact he's unattractive physically and/or of lesser sexual desirability than what she can attract is secondary.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/17 07:25 AM
3

Men have a higher libido for a greater number of partners. Anyone who denies that or argue otherwise is absurd. Women have a higher desire (or higher libido if you will) for hotter/more physically attractive partner(s). Quantity vs quality iow.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/17 01:14 PM

A more female-oriented society would probably increase selective pressures for good looking, masculine males (since women are more free to actually apply their preferences). So possibly.

But the idea of low SMV men learning to mimick high SMV men using online "tricks" is gross to a lot of women. Men react the same towards old, post-menopausal women. There's a difference between visceral, instinctual revulsion and hating someone. You have absolutely no control over what repulses you. I see a lot of unattractive and/or undesirable people pairing off (and reproducing), heck, the fact that you're here shows that, at least, your folks managed to reproduce (though obviously, that can be said about every unsuccessful organisms that didn't reproduce) so maybe you simply haven't adjusted your standards well enough. Baring that. find a hobby and get good at that? Like some have subjected you could look into sex bots.

Seriously. Lots of things are presumed. I'm sure all things being equal "non-mentally challenged", "has two arms" etc are greatly preferred, yet you don't see "must have two arms" or "must be of normal intelligence" listed. Plus, women tend to have a higher conflict avoidance than men. We'd rather avoid all the drama with insecure and/or unattractive men when they invariably freak out when they learn that, gasp, sexually reproducing species use physical criteria to select mates.

You want more women to approach? Help create a world where women are never told they shouldn't. This. Getting rid of traditional gender roles would be a good place to start (but then I suspect that the guys who complain women don't approach would then complain that women don't approach them. Some men just don't like the idea of women having body autonomy).

Need for the species. Want/not a need on an individual level.

Neither. Personally, either I'm interested/attracted to a man (for either long or short term) or I'm not. I don't care for these silly games or "shit tests" (though I'm sure some women do this).

Why is your entitlement better than my entitlement? Because one's person desire to be left alone or not wanting to interact with you trumps someone's desire to interact with that person. It would be just as true if a woman wanted to date or have sex with a man who wasn't interested. It just happen that men are more often interested than women are (i.e: they tend to be more "thirsty" as they say). tl;dr Freedom of association.

He left his partner AND kid actually http://kdvr.com/2015/05/13/theater-shooting-survivor-testifies-gets-criticized-about-fleeing-without-family/ True, a woman might be less prone to risk her life to save her partner but they will not just abandon their kid to danger in such situations, in fact, most will risk their lives for them in such circumstances. It's really the leaving his kids behind that was the reason for him catching flack for this, I think.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
